Homeschool Enrichment Level I // Ballet Technique
This Homeschool Enrichment Ballet Class is designed for students ages 6 - adult, who want to expand and enhance their knowledge of ballet as well as other dance forms. Although ballet training remains the core of this track, it is the goal of this division to expose dancers to a variety of dance genres, not limiting them by the strict physical requirements that classical pointe work demands.
Although they will be exposed to pre pointe work, they may discover that their strength and ability as a dancer is found in other styles of dance. Modern Dance Techniques, beginning with tumbling, are now offered as an elective through our afternoon program, after the commitment to ballet foundations.
Students are placed in these classes by faculty recommendation but recommended for the beginner and meets once or twice, Mondays as the core class and Thursdays as a secondary class, 2 - 3p.

Improvisational Exploration is built into the creative movement fundamentals, instilled through Joy of Movement. Ages 5 - 7

Intensive Division Level IV - V // Ballet Technique Classes with Pointework, PBT, Variations, Partnering and Contemporary
The Intensive Division (advanced training) levels IV/V can be intense with a minimum of four days of Ballet Technique and geared towards those who exhibit the physical attributes and serious work ethic that would allow them to excel in both classical ballet technique with pointe work and advance in modern dance techniques. Students are placed in these classes by faculty recommendation with at least four days per week commitment to stay in these levels. Students from this Division will have opportunities to perform with the company along with additional rehearsals outside of technique classes throughout the year. Faculty is also accessible to help forward any preprofessional or higher educational dance ambitions with auditioning, guidance counseling, coaching and advice towards these goals. Students are encouraged to take maintenance classes throughout the summers, taking minimum time off to prevent injury. Summer and Winter Intensives are highly encouraged as well with the time given to advance.

Open Community Auditions are held for ages 6 + with at least one year of formal Ballet training. Audition and Mandatory Rehearsals will be held on October 22 3rd, 5 - 7p; then an added 15 mins to regular weekly class times TBA. Technical and Dress Rehearsals will be on Dec. 22 from 2:30 - 4:30p, with two performances on Dec. 23rd at The Tivoli Theater 1p, and 4p.
