Work 1 on 1 with professional voice instructor, Danielle Lorentz to learn how to sound terrific singing. She will work with you on improving pitch, quality of sound, and correct breath control. This is a great way for experienced singers to expand their vocal range or prepare to sing solo. Prepare for a talent showcase, musical theater audition, college audition, or even sound better in chorus or a church choir. Pay for 1 Day: Thanksgiving Arts and Activities Camp
This one day, a la carte camp is all about having a fun-filled, activity filled day of entertainment and creative learning for your child(ren). Our studio is a terrific place for school break campers to try out dance, tumbling, musical theater, and art while making new friends, as well. This multi-age camp is open to beginners-students with prior training. It is a great opportunity for siblings or best buddies to have one place where they can explore their favorite arts and activities, while offering families a convenient plan when schools are out.

Campers need to wear comfortable clothes that they can dance and tumble in, and bring weather appropriate shoes, coats, hats, etc as needed for outside play.

They will also need to bring a nut-free snack and lunch and a water bottle from home labeled with their name.

This day camp is infused with arts enrichment activities that will keep your Turkey moving and creating. We will open minds and hearts to the performing arts with dance, music, drama, fine art, and games. Campers will enjoy Fall-themed arts and crafts, tumbling, hip hop or jazz dance, improv games, drama skits, and outside play. We believe in getting to know each child and encouraging them to try new things, to express themselves, and to make new friends along the way. Parents are invited to attend the Thankful Hearts end of camp performance on the last day.

The Prodigy Musical Theater Troupe presenting Matilda Jr. Spring Semester
This performance company program runs January -May 2025.

The Troupe is open to student performers ages 7-18 who have a passion for acting, singing, and dancing. All Troupe members must register to participate. The program length is late August- mid May, but is broken into two semesters. There will be an audition in the Fall and also in the Spring to cast roles for the featured production that will take place each semester. The purpose for the Troupe is to provide additional learning and performing opportunities for students wanting to develop their talents, further their experience, and share their enthusiasm for the performing arts with new friends. Offering the option of committing to Fall semester ONLY, Spring semester ONLY, or BOTH semesters gives the opportunity for performers with varied interests and calendar commitments to commit for the length of time that is right for them.

Each semester, Troupe members will participate in community performances, will attend musical theater workshops, and will perform a full length Disney or Broadway Jr production.

Welcome to fun and learning through ballet and tap dance and tumbling. Preschoolers enjoy the lively music and fun way of practicing proper technique and terminology taught in this class. Whether skipping across the floor side by side with friends or learning to take turns solo, your child’s nurturing instructor will encourage him or her to dance and tumble their best. This class helps to develop coordination and rhythm skills. They will also work on locomotor skills, and beginning tumbling skills such as forward rolls, bridges, wall-assisted handstands, and “froggie “ cartwheels. Following directions and learning beginning level choreography will be a fulfilling experience for your confident and creative child.

Chalker Spotlight Stars Musical Theater Club
Spotlight Stars Musical Theater Club students will immerse themselves in the world of performing arts, gaining valuable experience in singing, acting, and theater dance. Each session is packed with fun and engaging activities including warm-ups, improv games, stage direction, and theater terminology. Our young stars will also rehearse three exciting scenes and songs, culminating in a short performance at the end of each semester.

*All students will receive a free t-shirt.

This class teaches tumbling and beginning acrobatics in a fun and positive learning atmosphere, where fun and fitness combine. Parents can feel good about choosing a Prodigy Performing Arts class that helps their child learn self-discipline, listening skills, how to follow directions step by step, and how to cooperate with classmates too, all while building self-esteem and skills to be proud of. Students will work on locomotor skills, forward rolls, straddle rolls, handstands, back bend bridges, beginning cartwheels and more including creative movement games, obstacle courses, and relay races.

This class teaches tumbling and beginning acrobatics skills in a fun and positive learning atmosphere, where fun and fitness combine. Parents can feel good about choosing a Prodigy Performing Arts class that helps their child learn self-discipline, listening skills, how to follow directions step by step, and how to cooperate with classmates, too, all while building self-esteem and skills to be proud of.

Tuition is a total amount divided into 9 equal monthly payments (Sept-May). Monthly tuition is drafted via AutoPay on the 1st of each month beginning in October. The first monthly tuition payment ($64) is due with a manual payment upon registration. School breaks have been accounted for in the total amount. There are no months that are prorated. No refunds, credit, or make up classes are available for classes not attended by the student. All other company policies apply.

- **Comprehensive Training:** Each class includes warm-ups, stretching, basic exercises, and learning new steps and combinations across the floor. As well as movement games, and chances to create choreography, "partner tricks", and a chance to freestyle.

- **Performance Opportunity:** Students will prepare a routine to showcase at an in-school performance at the end of the semester. More info to follow in the Fall.
