Acro Advanced (competition)
This is an advanced competitive class**
to enroll in this class you should know how to :
1. Approaching headstand- I can hold a headstand for 5 seconds before falling....
2. Bridge walks- I can walk in a bridge from one side of a room to the other side.
3. Handstand forward roll-I can do a handstand forward roll
4. Round off- I can do a clean round off
5. Cartwheel & one handed cartwheel- I can do clean cartwheels and one handed cartwheels
6. Standing bridge- I can go down into a bridge from a standing position
7. Approaching back walkover- I can go into a bridge and kick one leg over at a time to the other side.
8. Handstand- I can hold a handstand for 5 seconds and then step down.
