Recreational Intermediate Class (Advanced Beginner II, Novice, PW level)
This class is for dancers that have completed at least one full year of hard shoe instruction. Class will include a mix of soft shoe and hard shoe instruction, with focus on performance routines, traditional sets, ceili dancing, exercise, and fun. Dancers in this class are eligible to compete in local competitions if they would like, however there is no expectation of competition and it will not be the main focus of the class.

This class is for new dancers ages 5+. Class will include an introduction to the basics of Irish Dance including posture, foot placement, and musical awareness. Over the course of the class, dancers will learn steps in the Reel and Light Jig.

Strength and Conditioning-- For Novice, PW, Prelim, Open dancers
Dancers will work on building strength and flexibility to allow for stronger, more confident dancing. The class is designed to help dancers increase their power, improve their stamina, and help prevent injuries.
Guest instructors (including specialists in personal training, pilates, yoga, ballet, etc.) will join the class approximately once a month.
