Ballet: Age 8-12
Ballet is the foundation of several other styles of dance, including Jazz & Lyrical. Students will learn movement at a ballet barre to focus on execution and understanding, then move to the center of the room to put steps together in different ways, focusing on control of movement and correct technique. The music used in ballet is often instrumental.

Turns, Leaps, and Tricks: This class will focus on various types of turns, floor work, and leaps used in varying styles of dance. This class will help create a foundation of how to approach and execute these different skills so that they may be used in other styles.
