All new students and current students 11 years and up may take this class as long as the student is registered in one dance or drumming class. Practice sticks may be available for purchase to attend this class. Loaner practice sticks may be available to new students on a first come first serve basis.

Learn the basics, techniques, and different beats from the islands of Tahiti. This class offers all learning levels. Your instructor will talk to you about necessary class instruments to practice.

Now is your opportunity to try something fun and new. Our open enrollment for new Kalama students will be at HÄlau Kalama Studios on July 15, 2024 and will continue until October 1, 2024. All classes for open enrollment will be at HÄlau Kalama Studios.
​The studio is located at - 1732 S Chambers Rd Aurora CO 80017.
To register for classes and save your spot-

All of our classes meet once per week.
$50 One Time Registration Fee
$60 Per month for each student with unlimited access to the following classes until the end of open enrollment-
Teens Polynesian Dance Class (Ages 13-17)- Tuesdays 5-6pm
Beginners Tahitian (Ages 13+) - Tuesdays @ 6:45-7:30pm
Hula (Ages 13 +)- Wednesdays @ 6:45-7:30pm
Beginners Drumming (Ages 13+) - Saturdays @ 8-9am
note- *drumming are for ages 13 and up and will be run as an adult class so all students are expected to have experience in a dance classroom setting*
AND
Kids Class (Ages 4-11) - Thursdays @5-6pm
NEW PRICE STRUCTURE FOR ALL STUDENTS BEGINS JANUARY 1 2025.
All students must enroll in Autopay on Dance Studio Pro (there will be no exceptions)
$45/month for one class per student and $40/month for two or more classes per student.
All of our classes meet once per week.
Tuition will be due and autopay will be processed on the 3rd Saturday of each month for the next month.
$10 Late fees will be added to your account if payment is not made on due date.

Oct 19th for Nov

All students who are delinquent for one month may be dropped from classes and will need to pay the $50 registration fee in order to continue classes (with instructor approval).
All new students MUST fill out the registration and waiver form prior to showing up to any class. There will be no exceptions.
To Join the Kalama Ohana and register for classes -
1. Fill out the PDF registration form on this page and email the form to polynesianpartyplanner@gmail.com
2. Your student account will be created via Dance Studio Pro and log-in will be sent to you for payments. You can also fill out the rest of your profile information.
3. You will need to have turned in your registration form, paid your fees on dance studio pro, and sign-up for autopay to be fully registered for class and an email will be sent to you that will state that you are all confirmed.
