This class is offered as a block for the beginner dancer. You will take Dancer FIIT, Beginner Technique: Turns, progressions & leaps, and Stretch/Flex

Dancer FIIT uses basic dance movements in a combination with strength, plyometrics, core, cardio, muscle endurance, flexibility and functional movement patterns to give dancers the ultimate conditioning.

Beginner Tech focuses on basic fundamentals of Jazz Technique such as leaps, pirouettes, battements, balance, spacial awareness, and more.

Stretch/Flex- This class is great for stretching and lengthening tight muscles.They will also utilize strength exercises to increase strength in hip flexors, hamstrings, ankles and more!

INVITATION ONLY CLASS! If you are seeing this class on your registration you have been invited into this class. This class is for grades 10th & up.

REQUIREMENTS:
-You must also be enrolled in either Adv Lyrical and Adv Technique OR Adv Jazz and must be a Tech 1, 2 or 3 membership. There is NO additional fee for this class for Tech 1 members. There is an additional $15 a month fee to attend this class if you are on Tech 2 or 3.

Lyrical is a fluid form of dance done to popular ballads and slower music. The dancer is taught to interpret his or her movement with feeling, motion and style. A Ballet or Jazz class is recommended along with lyrical/contemporary to build in technique. We do incorporate Adv Technical Elements so Adv Technique is recommended.

Want to prepare for your MS/HS dance team clinics/camps? This will be a great way to prepare and build your stamina. Focusing on conditioning, using plyometrics, HIIT, yoga fusion, pilates, sprinting, kick conditioning and more. You will also fine tune your dance/drill team technique and polish all styles of dance team: pom, jazz, contemporary, kick and more! GET MOVING AFTER SUMMER!

MS/HS Pom/Kick Training Workshop (June 9th)
Join us for our 1 day workshop working on Pom and Kick Precision. You will increase strength for precision using poms, fundamentals in kick technique, flexibility, stamina and more. Great for current Middles School dance team members, MS dancers who just made HS dance teams, as well as Dance Team Hopefuls! Work with a current Cavalette Officer or Cavalette Alumni weekly.
