This class introduces Aerial Arts/Circus Arts to our students to compliment our already popular Acrobatics program, taking "acro to the air" on Hoops (aka Lyra) and Silks! Our instructors are certified through Aerial Arts, a sister company of the highly regarded Acrobatic Arts where progressions are followed to a high standard for advancement and safety.
This class will start with the absolute basics, emphasis on safety and strength to then grow to more impressive skills!
Please be advised that Hoop/Silks are uncomfortable, and your dancer will need to understand that the beauty and fun of these skills also come with discomfort. Strength and tolerance will build over time.

This class introduces Aerial Arts/Circus Arts to our students to compliment our already popular Acrobatics program, taking "acro to the air" on Hoops (aka Lyra) and Silks! Our instructors are certified through Aerial Arts, a sister company of the highly regarded Acrobatic Arts where progressions are followed to a high standard for advancement and safety.
This class will start with the absolute basics, emphasis on safety and strength to then grow to more impressive skills at each students' pace. Students will advance on their own timeline as they master skills and move on to the next progressions.
Please be advised that Hoop/Silks are uncomfortable, and your dancer will need to understand that the beauty and fun of these skills also come with discomfort. Strength and tolerance will build over time.

This is the beginning of their foundation and start of real ballet training.

This class is open to beginners through Advanced students- beginners will learn the basics and improve technique that will be applied both in continuing the study of ballet and also benefiting any other genres of dance. Advanced students will continue to fine tune their technique by having another opportunity to study ballet through the week. Barre work, center and across the floor exercises are designed to better your technique, as well as performance quality and confidence.

AGE 3 BY SEPT 1

This is a combination class of jazz, hip hop, ballet, and tap for preschool aged dancers!
This allows your dancer to explore different genres of dance and find one they like!

Class will start with tap, then they will change shoes around halfway through class to do a mix of other dance styles to super fun, silly, and engaging music!

Your dancer will typically stay in the same class all year unless specified by instructor.

BRING/WEAR:
Tight fitting clothing that allows movement. Perhaps leotard/tights/coverup or leggings/shirt- many kids like to dress up as ballerinas. Jazz shoe or ballet slipper AND tap shoe. Hair secured. Waterbottle with water only.

Our performing Hip Hop Crew.
Crew will perform locally around Halloween, Holiday Parade, and other opportunities to come.
This group will have tighter expectations for attendance and technique.

Movement that stems from ballet technique, with many different styles within the genre. A great class to also learn technique that will be applied across all genres.

A fun combo class that the time is split between a Musical Theater class (jazz-inspired movement with expressive content, even some acting/dialogue) and a Tap class!
