Students in the class must already be able to do a somersault, push up to bridge, cartwheels (straight legs, equal split, right and left), wall hand stands and straight handstands, headstands and more. Students should have their pre-splits in all directions within 6 inches from the floor. Students will be working towards bridge variations. Students may be moved into a more suitable class within the first first few weeks of fall session based on the skills level they demonstrates in class.
