Inspire Beginner/Intermediate
The INSPIRE Cohort is structured for dancers ages 14-18 looking to dance in high school and/or college all while continuing to establish a strong foundation in dance technique, stretching, and flexibility. The Inspire program will continue to focus on the basic twirling technique of flag and baton while introducing basic tosses and tricks along with ballet, jazz, modern/floor, and HBCU Danceline techniques. Inspire dancers will continue to improve their self-confidence, coordination, musicality, memorization skills, and use of proper terminology. Dancers will receive exposure to traditional and non-traditional dance conventions and clinics and if interested, will receive intensive audition prep for collegiate dancelines, dance teams, or pom squads.
This program is created for dancers who want to dance for fun, learn different styles of dance, try something new with twirling techniques and tosses, learn the structures of HBCU Danceline, or prepare for Breathe Dance Company.

Serenity Beginner/Intermediate
The SERENITY Cohort is structured for dancers ages 6 - 10 to create a solid foundation in dance technique, stretching, and flexibility, and an overall nurturing for a dancer's growing mind and body through journal writing and exercise. This program will introduce dancers to the fundamentals of ballet, jazz, hip hop, and modern technique along with musical theater.
Dancers in this program will improve their self-confidence, coordination, musicality, and memorization skills all while learning proper terminology. This program is created for dancers who want to dance for fun, learn different styles of dance, or prepare for Breathe Dance Company.?
