To participate, you must be 13 years of age as of January 1st, 2025. You must attend a minimum of 2 ballet classes, 1 pointe class and 1 additional class in the style of your choosing (hip hop or contemporary) per week.

Students can expect to be in level 2 for two years. Level 2 is an intermediate level class that meets twice a week. It is appropriate to those who are just joining the academy, returning to dance, have had training in other styles of dance but less ballet, dancers returning from an injury, or those who want to improve their overall level of technique.
Level 2 classes focus on correct placement, creating a solid foundation, and preparation/beginning pointe work. Class meets twice a week. All pointe work begins and develops in this level. Students must take two level 2 ballet classes a week in order to be invited to take pointe. Students who have taken beginner pointe for one year will take barre en pointe in the Monday class.

Ballet 3 is an intermediate/advanced level class. This two hour ballet/pointe class will start with a traditional ballet class and finish with pointe work.
Students interested in a pre professional track or to participate in the Junior Company, should attend at least two times per week. Recreational dancers may opt for less. Students in this level learn more complex combinations and steps while still concentrating on correct placement and foundations. This level is also appropriate for adults who already have a background in ballet.
Prerequisites:
Students must have a minimum of two years of pointe training.
Ballet class is required before taking pointe class.
Students dancing on pointe must be enrolled in a minimum of two ballet classes per week.
