PRIVATE LESSON PACKAGE
Private lessons are so beneficial for dance/tumbling. The one on one, student teacher time helps to build confidence, strengthen flexibility and technique, and gain an in depth understanding of dance and tumbling knowledge needed in developing new skills. Private lessons will help your dancer achieve those goals they want extra help with during summer break. Lessons are offered this summer for tumbling, or dance technique. With this private lesson package, you are purchasing 5 hours of private lesson time, and gaining a 6th hour of training for FREE! Lessons are often broken up into 30 min. sessions depending on skill level/age/experience, Or if teacher feels appropriate, can be held in the hour. Private lessons can be scheduled based on what works best for your busy summer! Register for a private lesson package and contact Miss Cassity to begin scheduling!! Privates will be scheduled (June-August). Competition Team Solo Dancers will book a private lesson package & will complete it (June-August).

Boys Tumbling
Boys tumbling has been a huge hit the past three years! Join us for 3 weeks (Tuesdays in July) of Boys Tumbling! A 30 min class for learning tumbling techniques, while we focus on strength, speed, and muscle memory. We encourage those who have taken one of our Fall to Spring season Boys Tumbling Classes to join us, but this class is also open to any boys ages 5-8 who would like to try out tumbling, before committing in the fall. If we feel another tumbling class would benefit you more, we will help guide you! Tuesdays, July 9th-23rd.
This class must have 3+ kids register to be held. We also encourage boys to do state fair tumbling program & or our other summer tumbling program option!

Mommy & Me
Mommy & Me is back and we are so excited to be offering this program as a short term commitment this summer! This class is welcome to dancers age 2.5 - 5 and their moms. Mommy & Me will focus on upbeat, fundamentals of dance, creative movement, and rhythm. Mommy & Me is a fun way to bond together while practicing the basics of ballet/tumbling along with high energy music. We will focus on basic movement, balance, coordination. This class is great for any new little dancers wanting to test out class first with their mom by their side to help sooth the transition into studio classes in the fall. Whether you're new to the studio or have taken some classes before, mommy and me is a fun class for you and your little one! This class must have 5+ dancers register to be held. Teddy Bear Ballet
Teddy Bear Ballet is a new summer program held this year & we are so excited! Join the fun & register your tiny dancer for a 3 week ballet camp that will focus on ballet basics, balance & coordination, & musicality. Your dancer will receive a custom Project C Teddy Bear (included in class fee) that will be used to dance with in class, which they will get to take home at the conclusion of the 3 week camp! Aerial Intensive 1
Aerial Intensive Level 1 is designed for anyone looking to develop the basics, needed to master their aerials. We will focus on drills and exercises to promote strength, flexibility, and muscle memory for the development of side aerials. Tumblers who register for aerial intensive must already have mastered regular cartwheel drills and a strong one handed cartwheel is also recommended. Current Project C students interested in registering for Aerial Intensive must have been in a LEVEL 4 or higher tumbling class this past season. Recommended for level 4 & 5 students who are still mastering the basics of a side aerial. Please ask Miss Cassity if you are unsure if this class would be a good fit for you. Flexibility & Strength, Ballet/Jazz, Leaps & Turns (SUMMER DANCE BOOTCAMP)
Join us for SUMMER DANCE BOOTCAMP! This dance camp is a 4 week intensive that is specifically for dancers wanting to take their training to the next level. This camp will focus on flexibility, agility, & strength building, balance & alignment, & proper technique. This camp will also help your dancer strengthen their jazz & ballet knowledge & polish the fundamentals of dance. The leaps & turns portion will help dancers strengthen their coordination & ability to further grow through skills that will help master beautiful leaps & turns!

This dance intensive is open to all recreational dancer ages 8+, but is a REQUIREMENT for our new PREMIERE COMPETITION TEAM DANCERS, which will be required to register. More info to come for those who come to Prospect Team Night & who accept eligibility for our Competitive Program.

These tumblers will also begin working on mastering front and back walkovers and limbers. This class must have 3 + kids register

Level 4/5/6: Ages 8+ - tumblers must have mastered front and back walkovers and are striving toward more advanced skills such as front and back handsprings, handspring connections, side and front aerials, tucks, etc. This class must have 3+ kids register

Parade Crew
Parade Crew is New! Join us for a fun Hip Hop & Pom Camp which will lead us to the 4th of July Parade! Students will attend this 3 week camp, learning a fun mixed combo in the styles of Hip Hop & Pom which they will walk & perform in Creston's 4th of July Parade! Students who attend this camp will also receive a Parade Crew tank top to be worn within the parade. Parade crew will perform whenever there are small traffic stops within the parade. Parents are welcome in at the end of the last class to watch as we realize you may not see them during the parade (depending on where stops happen as these will not be planned & we can not guarantee we will perform in each parents sitting spot). Anyone is welcome to join us! We will also be throwing out Project C Merchandise & candy between dancing. Dancers wanting to just walk the parade with us & throw candy/merchandise but not dance, do not have to register for the dance camp portion - but will not get a tank top & will be asked to wear Project C shirt of choice. This class must have at least 6 registered in order to be held. Wednesdays, June 19th - July 3rd.

Walkover Intensive
This class will focus on drills to develop the strength needed for tumblers to master front and back walkovers. Tumblers will gain flexibility, muscle memory, and confidence while targeting the basic techniques which will make front and back walkovers easier to master. This is a great tumbling program for current students who were in level 3+ tumbling classes, or strong level 2s. Tumblers must have a solid backbend from a standing position on the flat mat with strong arms consistently before registering for this course. If a tumbler does not show the skills needed to begin this program they will be asked to join another summer tumbling class that fits their needs better. This class must have at least 3 register to be held. Wednesdays June 19 - July 3rd.

Tumblers will train for 8 weeks to learn a tumbling pass to compete at the Iowa State Fair on August 17th. These classes will focus on increasing strength & flexibility, enhancing new tumbling skills, & polishing technique. At the State Fair Competition, every student will earn a ribbon and a spot on the podium. Our team finished 5th place overall in 2021, 2nd place overall in 2022, & 4th place overall in 2023!! We are so proud of each dedicated tumbler who has made this summer program a hit! This program is so beneficial and truly is a great experience to learn, grow, and have fun! Join our award winning State Fair Tumbling Team, you won't regret it & will see such an improvement in your tumbler.

Pricing includes $40 registration fee to competition. Tumblers will wear our Recital 2024 leotards, if you are a new student & we feel you are eligible to take this class, you will be required to purchase a Project C custom Leo (price separate). Students who did 2024 Recital will wear that same leotard from the shows!

This class will focus on more advanced drills to develop the strength needed for tumblers to master advanced walkovers & front/back handsprings. Tumblers will gain flexibility, muscle memory, and confidence while targeting techniques which will make walkovers & handsprings easier. This is a great tumbling program for current students who were in level 4+ tumbling classes. Tumblers must have a solid backbend from a standing position on the flat mat with strong arms, a front limber or backbend kick over masered or very close, consistently before registering for this course. If a tumbler does not show the skills needed to begin this program they will be asked to join another summer tumbling class that fits their needs better. If you are unsure if this class is a right fit for you, reach out to the studio. This class must have 3+ registered in order to be held. Wednesdays June 19th - July 3rd.

Bring your favorite beach towel & get ready to dance! This one hour camp will be so much fun as dancers will receive a Hawaiian Lei to keep, a pair of sunglasses to keep & are encouraged to wear their favorite (appropriate) swimwear, (one pieces, or coverups over dance wear recommended).
Dancers will dance to summer & beach inspired music with Hawaiian themed props (beachballs, towels, pool noodles, etc). & will also include a craft & snack.

MINI COMBO MONDAY (TUMBLING, TAP, BALLET)
Mini Combo (Tumbling, Tap, Ballet) is a 45 min combo for dancers ages 3-4 (preschool). Dancers will learn the basics and of Tumbling, Tap & Ballet, and will participate within our Spring Recital. This combo is a great way to start your tiny dancer's journey as it will be filled with fun activities and creative movement through the season. Students will discover their love for dance while being introduced to tumbling, ballet and tap fundamentals and terminology.

This class will have 2 costumes for our spring recital & will need tap + ballet shoes (can be purchased through the studio). Dancers currently ages 2.5 interested in joining must turn 3 before November 1st, 2024 to register.

BOYS TUMBLING LEVEL 3
Boys tumbling LEVEL 3: ages 6+, have been tumbling for 3+ years or are mature/ ready to take their tumbling up a notch!

Ask teachers if you do not know what level you qualify for - you may start in a lower level tumbling class and eventually move up when teachers feel you are ready. This class is for boys who have mastered the fundamentals and are working on more advanced skills. If you are a current Project C tumbler and have been with us in previous seasons - check your email for what class you should register for as we sent out an eligibility list.

New students please reach out if you do not know what level you should be in. If you have never tumbled you will more than likely not begin with this class. We recommend boys ages 3-5 begin with Level 1, Ages 5-8 begin with level 2.

LEVEL 6 TUMBLING
LEVEL 6 TUMBLING is one of our most advanced tumbling classes offered. This class is for those who have mastered their front and back limbers/walkovers & or front handsprings consistently and are working on more advanced skills such as front round off back handsprings and advanced aerials. Students should have a strong tumbling foundation upon reaching this level. If you are a current Project C student please check your email for class eligibility & what class you should register for - students must register for the class we select for them. LEVEL 7 TUMBLING is our most advanced tumbling opportunity offered. This class will focus more on advanced skills such as front aerials, front and back tucks, twists, etc, and will also strive to develop and achieve strong Acro tricks and skills focusing on flexibility, contortion, strength.

Required skills to have mastered to be in this level: front handspring, round off back handspring & or multiple, and side aerial on flat mat - working towards multiple skills in a pass, front aerials, front/back tucks, etc.

This class is offered to Dancers in Middle School/High School and will focus on their dance knowledge by experiencing choreography to upbeat fun music - while learning to be energetic through their movements. This class focuses on more advanced hip hop skills, elements and technique, musicality, and precision and is a wonderful way to gain more experience for dancers interested in developing the skills needed to be on their high school drill/dance team someday! This class is a great opportunity for dancers who love fast paced, fun dancing! The pom portion of is an opportunity for dancers to expand upon their pom dance knowledge by experiencing choreography to upbeat fun music - while focusing on leaps, kicks, turns, jumps! Pom teaches you to be energetic through your movements while also helping develop flexibility, strength, and technique.

MINI COMBO TUESDAY (TUMBLING, TAP, BALLET)
Mini Combo (Tumbling, Tap, Ballet) is a 45 min combo for dancers ages 3-4 (preschool). Dancers will learn the basics and of Tumbling, Tap & Ballet, and will participate within our Spring Recital. This combo is a great way to start your tiny dancer's journey as it will be filled with fun activities and creative movement through the season. Students will discover their love for dance while being introduced to tumbling, ballet and tap fundamentals and terminology.

This class will have 2 costumes for our spring recital & will need tap + ballet shoes (can be purchased through the studio). Dancers currently ages 2.5 interested in joining must turn 3 before November 1st, 2024 to register.

K/1 TAP+BALLET is a weekly class for children in Kindergarten and 1st Grade who will be introduced to the ballet barre and develop a solid ballet foundation. ​​Our Level 3 Tumbling class is for students who are ages 6+ and who are working on stronger tumbling techniques and focusing on strength building, balance and coordination development, and the knowledge needed to eventually master more challenging skills.

This class requires a strong cartwheel & previous years of experience, along with basic tumbling knowledge. We will be focusing heavily on perfecting backbends, roundoffs, handstands, dive rolls, basic walkovers, flexibility and stamina etc!. At any time a tumbler becomes more proficient in certain skills, teacher may ask student to move up levels.

This combo class is required for Premiere Team Dancers grades 3rd-5th and will focus on expanding upon the fundamentals of ballet & jazz, along with lyrical based techniques. Although we aren't offering a lyrical class for this age, the ballet portion will be a combined ballet & lyrical class, learning sequences & knowledge of both styles, which are very similar.

Students will develop more self confidence, passion, and technique, while enhancing their trength, flexibility, & movement quality. The ballet portion will focus heavily on terminology and drills needed for a dancer to strive and grow while getting stronger with kicks, leaps, turns, jumps, and body alignment which is used in every style of dance, while also focusing on softer music through movements that tell a story. The jazz portion will focus on high energy performance to fun upbeat music with electric energetic choreography.

​​Our Level 4 Tumbling class for students who are working on strength building, balance and coordination development, and the knowledge needed to eventually master more challenging skills. This class focuses heavily on perfecting, front and back walkovers and limbers, roundoffs, handstands, flexibility and stamina etc!. If a tumbler at this age is more advanced or proficient in certain skills, teacher may ask student to move up levels. To move up to level 5, tumblers must demonstrate they have a strong consistent back and front walkover/limber & are preparing physically and mentally for higher level skills. Please understand that your tumbler will remain in Level 4 until they master these skills and teachers feel they are ready. Students should have a strong tumbling foundation upon reaching this level.

This class is for boys who are still working on mastering basic fundamentals but will also be challenged with slightly more advanced skills as the season goes on. If you are a current Project C tumbler and have been with us in previous seasons - check your email for what class you should register for as we sent out an eligibility list.

New students please reach out if you do not know what level you should be in. We recommend boys ages 3-5 begin with Level 1, Ages 5-8 begin with level 2. Level 3 is for those of all ages teachers feel are ready to learn more advanced skills and have mastered the beginner basics and fundamentals of tumbling.

LEVEL 2 TUMBLING THURSDAY
​​Our Level 2 Tumbling class is for students who are ages 5+ and who are working on continuing to develop the basic fundamentals of tumbling. Focusing on mastering beginner techniques and strength building, balance and coordination development, and the knowledge needed to eventually master more challenging skills.

We will be focusing heavily on perfecting kartwheels, basic roundoffs, bridges and back bends, handstands, dive rolls, flexibility and stamina etc!. At any time a tumbler becomes more proficient in certain skills, teacher may ask student to move up levels.

K/1 TAP + BALLET THURSDAY
K/1 TAP+BALLET is a weekly class for children in Kindergarten and 1st Grade who will be introduced to the ballet barre and develop a solid ballet foundation. Students will also learn complex tap rhythms and patterns. Dancers will learn basic jazz movements through their ballet as well and taught different elements while strengthening their flexibility through high energy fun dance choreography.

this class can only be taken by 1st graders who take the combo class (tap/ballet), 1st graders are not allowed to just take pom as we believe focusing on the fundamentals is most important. 2nd graders do not have to be enrolled into a combo class, but it is highly recommend.

1/2 POM IS A CLASS DESIGNED FOR FIRST AND SECOND GRADERS INTERESTED IN POM. IF YOU ARE A FIRST OR SECOND GRADER THAT TAKES CLASS ON THURSDAYS OR ARE IN OTHER CLASSES ON OTHER NIGHTS - THIS IS AN EXTRA CLASS YOU ARE OFFERED TO TAKE. 2/3 BALLET + TAP + JAZZ COMBO
2/3 BALLET + TAP + JAZZ is a weekly class for 2nd-3rd graders.This class will focus on strengthening ballet, tap, and jazz basic fundamentals, flexibility, technique, & terminology. Students will also learn complex tap rhythms and patterns. Dancers will learn basic jazz movements through high energy fun dance choreography while also focusing on leaps, kicks, turns, and performance.

3rd graders are eligible to take elective classes such as hip hop + pom combo, & clogging.

We will be focusing heavily on perfecting backbends, roundoffs, handstands, dive rolls, basic walkovers, flexibility and stamina etc!. At any time a tumbler becomes more proficient in certain skills, teacher may ask student to move up levels.

MS/HS JAZZ + LYRICAL
This class is offered to Dancers in Middle School/High School and will focus on expanding upon the fundamentals of ballet, jazz, and lyrical while enhancing technique, strength, flexibility, self confidence. It will be a combo class of Jazz/Lyrical but will still focus on ballet technique through lyrical movements.

The lyrical portion will focus heavily on terminology and drills needed for a dancer to strive and grow while getting stronger with kicks, leaps, turns, jumps, and body alignment which is used in every style of dance. The jazz portion will focus on high energy performance to fun upbeat music while the lyrical portion focuses on softer music through movements that tell a story. This combo is great for dancers wanting to focus overall on their technique, flexibility, and musicality, all while learning grace through powerful and beautiful dance choreography. Two different recital routines within this combo.

​​Our Level 5 Tumbling class is for students who are working on perfecting, front and back walkovers and limbers, & developing necessary strength for beginner front/back handsprings & focusing on drills to master more challenging power tumbling such as side aerials. If a tumbler at this age is more advanced or proficient in certain skills, teacher may ask student to move up levels. Students should have a strong tumbling foundation upon reaching this level.
