Youth Ages 10-17 Irish "Candy Canes"
$40 Registration fee is waived for this class because it requires Irish shoes, priced at $45-$65, depending on the style dancer will choose. Dancers will be sized for shoes during September. This class is for beginning Irish dance, for ages 10-15. (Older youth may join the adult class). This class will perform the "Candy Canes" dance in the Nutcracker. $12/class, $48 monthly. 60 minutes weekly, taught by Katie Woolsey. Dress code for boys and girls is comfy workout clothes like Tshirt and leggings or shorts. Hair must be secured out of dancer's eyes. No jeans. Soloists must take notes during solo rehearsals and come prepared with a notebook and memorized dances. Soloists must maintain 85% attendance in order to perform their solo. Tuesdays 4-5 pm technique and "Spanish", taught by Miss Natalie. Wednesdays 4-4:55pm will be pointe technique and strengthening, taught by Maria Bingham. Thursdays 4-5:25 will be technique and "Snowflakes," taught by Miss Natalie. Pointe 2 Recital Costume Fee ($140) plus Registration Fee ($40) is $180 for 3 costumes, solo coaching, and recital venue. Dancers must arrive to class early to put on shoes. Class begins right at 4pm in pointe shoes. All Pointe Company Dancers attend class January-June, take a break for July, then attend Nutcracker Workshop in August, then Fall classes September-December. Pointe Company 3 & 4 "Village Wives," "Pirate Battle," and solo
$10/class, $120 monthly. For pointe dancers who went en pointe in 2022 or earlier. 4-4.5 hours weekly, including solo rehearsals on Tuesdays from 3:30-4pm when called. Soloists must take notes during solo rehearsals and come prepared with a notebook and memorized dances. Soloists must maintain 85% attendance to perform a solo. Tuesdays 4-5 pm technique, taught by Miss Natalie. Wednesdays 4-4:55pm will be pointe technique and strengthening, taught by Maria Bingham/Miss Natalie, then Wednesdays 4:55-5:25 "Village Wives" taught by Miss Natalie. Thursdays 4-5:25 will be technique and "Pirate Battle," taught by Miss Natalie. Pointe 3 & 4 Recital Costume Fee ($140) plus Registration Fee ($40) is $180 for 2 costumes, solo coaching, and recital venue. Dancers must arrive to class early to put on shoes. Class begins right at 4pm in pointe shoes. All Pointe Company Dancers attend class January-June, take a break for July, then attend Nutcracker Workshop in August, then Fall classes September-December. This class begins January 7. Costumes for the recital are yours to keep. All dancers must attend the full dress rehearsal in order to perform in the recital. No exceptions. Ballet classwear items are now available here in our online store, but dancers are free to purchase items anywhere. Pointe and Pre-pointe dancers must have a nude leotard for changing costumes (also available here for purchase.)

Pre-Pointe "Skeletons" and "Pirate Battle"
$8.33/class, $100 monthly. For girls 11 and up who are serious about earning pointe shoes. 3.5 hours weekly to strengthen feet and ankles. Dancers must complete 6-12 months of pre-pointe before going en pointe, per the instructor's evaluation. Pointe shoes are about $125 per pair, and dancers go through 4-5 pairs per year. In the recital, Pre-pointe dancers will perform in the "Skeletons" and "Pirate Battle" dances. Tuesdays 5:00-5:55 pm technique and "Skeletons" with the Ballet 3, Ballet 4 and Adult Ballet classes, taught by Miss Natalie. Wednesdays 4-4:55pm will be pointe technique and foot strengthening, taught by Maria Bingham or Miss Natalie. Thursdays 4-5:25 pm will be technique and a segment of "Pirate Battle" taught by Miss Natalie. Pre-pointe Recital Costume Fee ($110) plus Registration Fee ($40) is $150 for 2 costumes and recital venue. If advancing to pointe shoes, dancers will join the Pointe Company.
