Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) is an innovative body-conditioning and strengthening program that has been designed to enhance students' technique by focusing on training the muscle memory required in each exercise in all forms of dance. PBT focuses on core strength, weight placement and alignment of the body with a gradual approach of carefully designed exercises and repetitions of these exercises that trigger their muscle memory. This is a great supplementary class for those taking ballet and those who wish to take pointe in the future.

BTJ I/II SATURDAY
This 1.5 hour class is designed for dancers ages 6-9 to elevate their technique and fuel their passion for dance! Each class will consist of ballet, tap and jazz curriculum led by one of our expert instructors. You can expect a dynamic blend of warm-ups, across-the-floor progressions, and center combinations that will keep dancers engaged and excited about what they are learning. They will become more confident in themselves and their dance abilities!
