It emphasizes freedom of expression, emotion, and individuality, and seeks to explore new forms of movement. Modern dance can combine ballet technique with creative expression and may look jazz-like, balletic, lyrical, or different. It's created to match a dancer's feelings and purpose. This Class focuses on ballet technique, proper body alignment, terminology, and musicality; this class will focus on learning proper dance techniques such as isolations of the body, improving performance quality, and developing complex rhythms and patterns. Class always starts with warm up and ends with cool down. The dress code is a Colored Leotard, Matching Skirt, Pink Tight, Ballet, or Jazz Shoes, Hair up in a Bun

Our program is safe and effective for all ages at level 2/3. Acrobatics focuses on flexibility, strength, balancing, limbering, and tumbling. It is a great skill for all dancers! Our one-hour acrobatic classes are designed around our curriculum. Each class consists of a warm-up, strengthening, balancing, flexibility, and learning new skills. From Ariel's Pitch to catch in front and back angel (with 180° turn), Pitch to catch. Straight jump back to shoulders. Somersault dismounts from hands. From mastering the pitch somersault dismount to learning skills to catch in a wrap, and finally achieving the Pitch Courbette (reverse handstand) Courbette from stand in hands, our program is designed to take every dancer to the next level. Pom Cheer Monday 4pm Ages 5-11
Our Pom/Cheer class blends elements of cheerleading, jazz dance, hip-hop dance, conditioning, and stretching to create an upbeat, energetic class! Pom Cheer requires strength, control, sharpness, and body awareness to perfect this flashy dance style. Formation changes and precise arm placement make Pom Cheer exciting to practice, perform, and watch. Dancers will take time to condition, stretch, drill arm placement, and practice turns, leaps, and jumps seen in cheer routines. Pom is a style of dance in which the dancers use Pom Poms throughout the routine. It incorporates the proper Pom motion technique, which is sharp, clean, and precise, while incorporating other dance styles, including jazz and hip hop. Pre Pointe / Pointe Monday's 7pm Ages 8-17
Pre-Pointe & Pointe Class consists of a student being at least 11 years old, having 3 years of level III Ballet training, Being able to hold a correct turnout while dancing from foot flat to demi-pointe, Being able to hold a correct demi-plie position for all transitions. Be able to fully point the foot in all steps, especially at the barre and then in the center, without sickling. Pique passe' with a straight leg. Be able to hold a passe' balance at half pointe. The dress code is a colored leotard, pink tights, pointe shoes, and Hair in a Bun.

Sparkle Baby Ballet Wednesday's 4pm, Ages 18 months- 3 yrs
An introduction to the world of dance through a ballet-inspired approach. Much of this class will focus on engaging your little one in listening, following directions, and nurturing a love of dance. Lots of fun music and terminology games are used to casually introduce ballet elements and warm up these sparkle babies safely. This is then followed by a stretching and strengthening exercise within a circle, a center, and a themed free dance. The class ends with curtsies/ bows in a circle and stickers for all dancers. This is the first step toward establishing reverence for higher ballet levels. The dress code is Pink Tutu, Pink Ballet tights, Pink Ballet shoes, and hair up off the face, or in a bun.
