Nathalie Marrable is a New York City-based performer, choreographer, and educator. Originally from South Africa, she graduated from Boston Ballet School, starting her journey as a professional contemporary ballet dancer, and then finding her passion in commercial dance. Stage credits include Broadway, (Assistant Dance Captain My Fair Lady, super swing An American in Paris), National Tours (The Drowsy Chaperone, Dirty Rotten Scoundrels), The Radio City Rockettes, Madonna, Michael Buble, as well as working in film and television (Center Stage and Step Up franchises, Night At The Museum, Gossip Girl, Adidas, Battlestar Galactica, Superman, Marvel, Kate Spade).

Nathalie has creatively directed stage and TV productions for the fashion house Dosso Dossi ft. Miranda Kerr, Koc Festival, Miss Turkey Elidor, Adidas, Smirnoff for Madonna (MDNA), British Petroleum, Sony Experia, The Eurovision Song Contest, RedBull, Star TV, Saturday Night Live, and Target for Vogue. She recently collaborated with Fanta Coca-Cola, creatively directing a star-studded 16-city tour, featuring original choreography and 10 dancers. Featured in Marie Claire Magazine as a “top female artist to follow”, Nathalie is a judge for Showbiz National Talent, on convention faculty for Deviate The Process, and a master teacher for Regional Dance America. The founder and director of The Cabaret Burlesque, which recently sold out off-Broadway this past summer season and opened New York Fashion Week, Nathalie is excited to bring some New York energy and her love for dance to Texas! @thecabaretburlesque @nmarrable

The Cabaret Burlesque is a Movement. Sold out weekly at Broadway Dance Center in New York City, the class is inspired by the art of striptease and the Parisian underground cabaret scene. Nathalie teaches a unique class focusing on storytelling through the art of Burlesque. One can expect fun theatrics, a lot of laughter, and a safe space to express individuality. Choreography is feisty, cheeky, and open to interpretation. Students are encouraged to create "their show". There are no wrong choices, only solos! Come dance in a safe and empowering environment. Wear whatever makes you feel strong and fabulous. Bring an oversized button-down dress shirt and gloves. Heels are encouraged but not required.
