Stretching and conditioning our bodies for warm up, work on variations of basic tumbling/acro skills, and focus on partnering techniques. We will learn to safely hold our weight, protect ourselves and partnership, as well as build more strength and confidence in a variety of lifts and tricks. (Enrollment in Jazz/Acro classes are encouraged as a supplement and for basic skills.)
Prerequisites: At least one side cartwheel and one split. Comfortable with Handstands against the wall and Can push up from floor into a bridge
