With a focus on fostering confidence and promoting healthy habits, our KindyGym program provides the perfect foundation for a lifetime of active learning and joyful movement. *Must be able to handstand, cartwheel and hold a bridge with straight arms for 10 seconds

An hour long class focusing on all walkover drills and skills. Small class (maximum 6 athletes per coach).
