I am Enough Teen Week (ages 12-18)

I Am Enough teen week is designed specifically designed for teenagers ages 12-18. This is an engaging class where students will dance and learn a different genre each day and focus on topics such as self worth, positive self image, confidence and identity in Christ. Through dance, participants are encouraged to embrace their unique identities and recognize their inherent value. The class provides a safe and supportive environment for teens to express themselves creatively while also addressing important issues related to self-esteem and other topics they may face in every day living. By combining movement and discussion, I Am Enough teen week aims to empower young people and help them develop and grow in who they are and who they are becoming.
Students will also receive a free I am Enough Tee shirt.
Ages 12 - 18
