Rebellion is nigh in Matilda JR., a gleefully witty ode to the the anarchy of childhood and the power of imagination! This story of a girl who dreams of a better life and the children she inspires will have audiences rooting for the "revolting children" who are out to teach the grown-ups a lesson.
Matilda has astonishing wit, intelligence... and special powers! She's unloved by her cruel parents but impresses her schoolteacher, the highly loveable Miss Honey. Matilda's school life isn't completely smooth sailing, however – the school's mean headmistress, Miss Trunchbull, hates children and just loves thinking up new punishments for those who don't abide by her rules. But Matilda has courage and cleverness in equal amounts, and could be the school pupils' saving grace!

Throughout this experience they will learn about and understand the various roles/elements that collaborate together to produce a piece of theatre.

A Midsummer Night’s Dream by William Shakespeare is a delightful comedy that weaves together the intersecting stories of four young lovers, a group of amateur actors, and a mischievous group of fairies. Set in an enchanted forest near Athens, the play explores themes of love, illusion, and the unpredictable nature of desire. The central plot follows the romantic entanglements of Hermia, Lysander, Helena, and Demetrius, while the comedic subplot involves the misadventures of a group of amateur actors led by the bumbling Nick Bottom. Between the Lines is the new musical based on the novel by international bestselling author Jodi Picoult & Samantha van Leer, featuring a book by Picoult and Timothy Allen McDonald (Roald Dahl’s James and the Giant Peach, The Big One-Oh!) and score by Elyssa Samsel & Kate Anderson (Apple TV+’s “Central Park”).
Between the Lines is an empowering and enchanting new musical for anyone who has ever sought to find their place in the world. An outsider in a new town and a new school, Delilah seeks comfort in the pages of her favorite book, where she feels heard and understood by the handsome Prince Oliver. But as the lines between fantasy and reality begin to blur in both extraordinary and astonishing ways, Delilah discovers how to find her place in the real world while keeping her dreams alive.
We are proud to be the South Florida premiere of this newly released title! Being freshly released since it’s NYC run, we are thrilled to have our students bring this beautiful new musical to life in South Florida. 🙌🏻
A show about teens navigating their place in their lives, this production will bring contemporary reality together with the magic of fairytale characters as our students cross all the lines of where their lives meet their imaginations. With a gorgeous score, meaningful message, lots of parts and a beautiful ensemble, this is the perfect musical for the here and now for our teen cast. The benefit of being a premiere and getting to work on a newly released piece is something we are incredibly excited about. We can’t wait to get started! 💜
