Children will learn how to participate in a group and take direction from a teacher. One caretaker is allowed to participate in the classroom, where they are engaged for the entirety of the class. They help move and assist the young dancers' bodies into movement, guide their steps and locate themselves spatially as we move ourselves around the room. Children are encouraged to participate in class, but are not forced to do so. As each child develops differently, patience on the part of the caretakers, as well as the child is stressed. Our goal is to prepare the children to be more independent. This class is the perfect introduction to our Enchanted Beginnings classes for 2 year olds the following year. This class meets for 30 minutes each week. Dress Code: Comfortable and easy to move in clothes. No jeans or dresses. Clean sneakers, barefoot, or non-slip dance shoes (without ties) required. No socks or jewelry.

Ballet 2
Ballet introduces movements and terminology as well as the history of ballet. Each class incorporates a formal ballet warm-up, training of proper ballet technique and combinations incorporating ballet movements and technique learned from prior classes in addition to new skills.

Jazz 2
These classes explore and expand jazz movements and terminology and elevated levels of turns and leaps. Combination instruction will be taught at a faster pace focusing on style and incorporating more difficult technique. Focus changes frequently to allow dancers an opportunity to hone their talents and dance more dynamically. Dancers’ improvisation skills are further developed here as well. Each class incorporates a formal jazz warm-up, training of proper jazz technique and combinations using jazz movements and technique learned in prior classes.

Strength & Progressions 3
Jazz strength and progressions dance class is a high-energy, full-body workout that combines elements of jazz technique with strength and conditioning exercises. In this class, students will develop their strength, flexibility, and coordination while learning exciting and dynamic dance combinations.

Enchanted Beginnings
Enchanted Beginnings is for students who are interested in learning what dance is all about. Basic technique and combinations will be taught creating a solid foundation for all forms of dance during a 30 minute class. Ballet, tap and jazz will be explored at very elementary levels and will be combined with enriching activities to foster social growth.

Mommy & Me
Offered to children currently 1 to 2 years old. A fun, energetic class for parents and their young toddlers focusing on gross motor skills and musicality. Children will learn how to participate in a group and take direction from a teacher. One caretaker is allowed to participate in the classroom, where they are engaged for the entirety of the class. They help move and assist the young dancers' bodies into movement, guide their steps and locate themselves spatially as we move ourselves around the room. Children are encouraged to participate in class, but are not forced to do so. As each child develops differently, patience on the part of the caretakers, as well as the child is stressed. Our goal is to prepare the children to be more independent. This class is the perfect introduction to our Enchanted Beginnings classes for 2 year olds the following year. This class meets for 30 minutes each week. Dress Code: Comfortable and easy to move in clothes. No jeans or dresses. Clean sneakers, barefoot, or non-slip dance shoes (without ties) required. No socks or jewelry.
