Classes introduce the children to a classroom situation in a relaxed way through fun and challenging work. It introduces the children to the beauty and grace of dance arts while infusing musicality and rhythm. They learn socialization skills, improve coordination abilities, and develop their imagination. Gentle flexibility and strengthening exercises are done on the floor and are made fun and enjoyable.

Adult Ballet Class
The adult classes are designed for the adult student with no formal ballet training, or who has studied ballet in the past and wishes to resume.
This class focuses on proper alignment, use of turn out, coordination of legs, head, and arms. Expect to find basic, but yet well-designed exercises that will benefit your overall fitness.
Dress Code: Any color leotard & tights, or Yoga/Pilates attire. Ballet shoes required.
