This specialized program is designed to develop strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence in a safe and supportive environment.
Throughout the sessions, students will explore a variety of acrobatic skills and techniques, including tumbling, balancing, limbering, and partner/group acrobatics. Under the guidance of our experienced instructors, participants will learn proper alignment, body awareness, and injury prevention techniques while mastering fundamental acro skills."
