This is a fun class for a special age! Designed to introduce young dancers to creative expression, movement with dance props and the introduction of basic ballet positions and stretching. Your little dancer will develop rhythm and coordination and gain strength, poise, and grace! Focus is placed on building confidence, balance, creativity and self-regulation skills Intended to introduce preschoolers to the concepts of rhythm, movement and expression, as well as some basic dance terminology and discipline. The instructor uses games, stories, and songs to teach balance, rhythm, movement, coordination, and basic ballet steps. All students should be potty-trained prior to beginning class and wear comfortable clothing. Class uniform: Ballet pink leotards, pink tutu or pink

Every day in this camp is like an adventure into a beloved Story Ballet!
Your little dancer will start each morning with an exciting Ballet class where they’ll feel like characters from classical Story Ballets! Campers then enjoy snacks and story time, followed by arts and craft led by their instructor. During craft time, students explore life at the palace and on the stage through costume arts, and prop and set design. Camp ends each day with a movement activity and dance game. Dancers end each day at camp with a take-home craft and snack. We’ll finish our magical week of camp with a dress up tea party! Tea party treats and snacks will be supplied by RYDE.*please let us know if your child has any allergies or dietary restrictions

Set against the backdrop of shimmering seas and sparkling waves, our camp offers a delightful blend of dancing, arts & crafts, activities, and special snacks. Join us as we embark on a four-day adventure where imaginations soar and creativity knows no bounds. Dancers will be immersed in a magical realm where they can explore their inner sea creatures and embrace the spirit of the ocean. Through interactive activities, they’ll unleash their artistic talents, crafting treasures from the depths of the sea with seashells, pearls, and shimmering fabrics. There will be a special dance performance for parents on the last day!

Everything Dance Camp (ages 5-14)
EDC is a fun day camp experience that will be offered for an entire week. Camp fee includes camp t-shirt, camp bag, water, and snack. A hot lunch will be provided on the last day of camp. Each day campers will explore five different styles/genres of dance: Modern, Hip-hop, Majorette, African, and Ballet. This is a great way to expand your dancer’s knowledge about the rich history and foundation of dance. It will also allow them to experience and be introduced to new styles that will broaden their knowledge, exposure, and exploration of other foundations and cultures of dance. The campers will start the day off with a camp-wide warm up, break off into groups to learn about a specific style, and learn choreography to showcase their new skills to their family and friends on Friday. *No dance experience is necessary -- just come ready to move and to have fun! Camp is open to rising kindergartners through 8th grade. No special dancewear or dance shoes are necessary. Campers should wear sneakers and clothing that allows them to move easily.
