One of our most popular classes! Learn to make music with your feet. This entry level class is great for dancers with 0-1 year of recent experience in tap or those aging up from mini tap ages 5-7. Classes are designed to develop rhythm, style, and sound. Basic vocabulary is taught while learning about musicality and timing. Exercises focus on relaxation of the knee and ankles, coordination, balance, speed of movement, and improvisation. Full sole tie tap shoes required.

STRETCH and MOBILITY - Supplemental class is designed to enhance dancers' flexibility and joint
mobility through a blend of Pilates, yoga, and physical therapy inspired targeted exercises. This class
focuses on creating a stable and proprioceptively aware dancer, ensuring they can move with greater
control and precision. Aims to prevent injuries and improve overall performance. Dancers need to supply
their own Yoga Block (2), 1 lb ankle weights(2), & Yoga mat.

Tiny Ballet/Creative Movement Tuesday
This introduction to ballet and movement is for our youngest dancers age 2 to 3.5. Motor skills, creative movement, basic vocabulary, and fun as we meet new friends and learn to take a dance class. Must be at least 2 when they come to the first class. No exceptions. Dancers must (eventually) be comfortable being in the classroom without a parent (which may take several sessions!). Large viewing window and lobby area for parents.
