Level 4/5 Ballet (pay per class)
Level 4 is the second to last level in CAPA’s pre-professional levels. Dancers in this level will be gearing up for pointe work by refining their ballet technique and foot, ankle, and core strength. Intensity of training will increase with multiple classes offered including (but not limited to) ballet, tap, jazz, modern, and pre-pointe/pointe to help train a well-rounded dancer. In this level they are welcome to participate in Giselle, The Nutcracker, the Student Showcase, Ballet to Broadway, and Cinderella.

Level 5 dancers are working on perfecting their technique while also focusing more heavily on artistry and expression than in previous levels. Pre-Dance
Pre-Dance introduces young dancers to the etiquette of a ballet classroom. At this level, dancers are still doing fun, creative activities that spark the imagination but are also beginning to focus more on dance vocabulary to prepare them to enter our pre-professional levels. Students are welcome to participate in The Nutcracker, Student Showcase, and Cinderella.

Level 3/4 Pointe/Pre-pointe (pay per class)
*Dancers who wish to be considered for pointe shoes are required to take pre-pointe class. Dancers must have approval from a CAPA instructor to dance en pointe. If you’d like more information, please talk to your instructor.

Level 3 is the third of CAPA’s pre-professional levels. Students will begin to be pushed in their technical and artistic skills by receiving more challenging choreography and adding more advanced vocabulary to their repertoire. Kinder Dance takes vocabulary and skills learned in Creative Movement and begins to explore different styles and qualities of dance to give dancers more to dive into in the dance world. This class is for any teen or adult who is interested in exploring ballet! From brand-new dancers to seasoned dancers who are looking to refine their basic techniques, we take the class at whatever pace best fits the students in the class. Attire: Anything you can move comfortably in - athletic wear, leotard and tights, etc. Footwear is either socks or ballet slippers. Whatever makes you comfortable!

Dancers will also start pre-pointe classes to start to gain ankle and foot strength needed for pointe work. In this level they are welcome to participate in Giselle, The Nutcracker, the Studnent Showcase, Ballet to Broadway, and Cinderella.

Level 4 Comprehensive Program
Level 4 is the second to last level in CAPA’s pre-professional levels. Dancers in this level will be gearing up for pointe work by refining their ballet technique and foot, ankle, and core strength. Intensity of training will increase with multiple classes offered including (but not limited to) ballet, tap, jazz, modern, and pre-pointe/pointe to help train a well-rounded dancer. Students are welcome to participate in Giselle, Nutcracker, the Student Gala, Ballet to Broadway, and Cinderella.

Level 5 dancers are working on perfecting their technique while also focusing more heavily on artistry and expression than in previous levels. Students wishing to pursue a professional performance career (whether it be in dance, musical theater, acting, etc.) are highly encouraged to take all of the wide variety of classes offered in this level so that they can become versatile in their movement quality and performance style. Students in this level are welcome to participate in Giselle, Jungle Book (with PJDA), Nutcracker, the Student Showcase, Ballet to Broadway, Spring Concert (mixed bill), and Cinderella
