Dance Basics A
Dance Basics class is designed for our 4-5 year-old students and serves as an introduction to several dance styles. Class length increases by 15 minutes from our Creative Movement class, and jazz is introduced. Our 4-5 year old students perform a routine at our Spring recital as well as our Winter Showcase.

In this Ballet class, students will learn essential concepts like foot and arm positions, body awareness, and articulation. They will also become familiar with proper ballet terminology and are expected to follow classroom etiquette and dress-code. If a dancer has not taken Ballet before we recommend taking Ballet 6-8.

Ballet 14+
Our current highest level for ballet. This level focuses on teaching students valuable concepts such as quality of movement and performance, classical variations, and cross training. Proper ballet etiquette and dress code are expected to be followed by all students in this level.

Adult Dance
Adult dance class for any level of dancer 18yrs+. Work on technique and learn combos in a friendly supportive atmosphere!
Genre rotates weekly: Hip Hop 1st & 3rd Monday; Ballet 2nd & 4th Monday of the month.

This class is Drop-in Only - Dancers should register for classes online for availability.

$15/class. We do offer a dance/fitness punch card all Adult Class.

Intermediate Contemporary
Intermediate Contemporary is for students ages 9-12 and serves as a sequel to Youth Lyrical. This class expands on various dance elements, including contraction, release, spiral, floor work, fall and recovery, and improvisation. This style of dance has quickly gained popularity and has become one of the most dominant genres among dancers worldwide. Students will perform a contemporary routine for both the Winter Showcase and Spring recital.

Intermediate Jazz
Intermediate Jazz, for students ages 9-12, expands upon the foundational skills learned in Youth Jazz. The curriculum emphasizes flexibility and strength training, while also introducing new techniques such as pirouettes and leaps. Students will learn and practice an exciting jazz routine throughout the year for both the Winter Showcase and Spring recital.

Advanced Jazz
Advanced Jazz students will learn how to blend movement and essential dance elements such as alignment, balance, articulation, flexibility, stability, and breathing. The instructor may also cover topics like nutrition and injury prevention. Students are expected to follow proper classroom etiquette. Advanced Jazz students will perform a jazz routine at both the Winter Showcase and Spring recital. This class requires an instructor's approval before registration.

In addition, students will frequently learn upbeat and exciting combinations from past and current artists.

Youth Lyrical
Youth Lyrical is an intro to lyrical dance for students ages 6-9. This class integrates ballet, jazz, and other styles of dance to create a unique dance style that emphasizes the storytelling aspect of movement in relation to the lyrics or music of a song. Lyrical dance is a highly expressive and enjoyable form of dance that encourages self-expression and creativity. Students will perform a lyrical routine at both the Winter Showcase as well as the Spring recital.

In this Ballet class, you will build upon the skills and techniques learned in Ballet 6-9yrs & Ballet 7-10yrs. This class will cover new concepts such as body positions, working the leg to the back, and a strong emphasis on leaps and turns. To ensure a positive learning environment, students are expected to comply with proper ballet etiquette and adhere to the dress code.

Creative Movement is for beginner dancers 3-4 years of age. In this 30-minute class, your child will learn the basics of ballet and tap while experiencing the joy of dance! Creative Movement students will have an opportunity to perform at our Winter Showcase as well as a ballet routine at the Spring recital. Join us for a fun and educational class!

Classical Mat Pilates honors the original teachings and principles of Joseph Pilates where the aim is to optimize health and physical performance by working on core strength, flexibility, and overall development of the body.

Pre-Pointe
Our Pre-Pointe program is designed for committed ballet students who wish to pursue en pointe dancing. Through these classes, students learn proper alignment, technique, and lower-leg strengthening exercises to prevent any injuries.

Prerequisite: Currently enrolled in Ballet 10-13 or Higher and Instructor approval

*This is a technique class only, no recital routine.

Solo Class/Rehearsal
If your child is interested in performing a solo with us, please email us to express interest. The choreography fees are a one-time cost of $350 for 3 hours of instruction. After this, your child can schedule a private lesson at a rate of $1.00 per minute for any additional instruction.
It is mandatory for soloists to enroll in the Saturday morning Solo Class from 10:15-11:45 am. In these classes, your child will be able to provide feedback and support to other soloists, as well as have the chance to perform in front of others before competing.
