Barre is a Pilates based, ballet inspired workout that uses low impact movements to tone, sculpt, and strengthen your muscles! You get a good sweat too! This class will be for adults of all fitness levels! Beginner? No problem! All the moves will have variations for different fitness levels. Experienced and looking for a burn? Don't worry, we got somethin for you too!
