Inspired by movements from Zumba, Pilates, and Yoga, this class will leave you feeling stronger and more energized. Movements are designed to be less strenuous on the body with lower impact. All fitness levels are welcome. Class is intended to be taken at one's own pace, with room for modifications/variations, to meet participants at their individual levels.
