We are so excited to offer the very first “Schotime Dance Convention”!
Who: Your fabulous dance teachers at Schotime
What: Holding a mock-dance convention in preparation for the upcoming Velocity Dance Convention in Denver
When: January 4th from 8am to 12:30pm
Where: Schotime Dance Center
Why: Dance conventions are an exciting event where thousands of dancers of all backgrounds and levels gather in giant ballrooms and learn different dance styles from famous choreographers! This can be exciting, overwhelming, and totally new for some dancers, which is why Schotime is offering a mock-convention for your dancer to trial learning from different teachers, dancing long hours, and attending an audition in the comforting space of their home dance studio.
Whether your dancer has attended a dance convention before and needs to sharpen their choreography-retention and audition skills, your dancer is nervous for the big weekend and wants a welcoming run-through, or your dancer is curious about joining our Encore team next year, we recommend this for all dancers ready to take their training seriously and prepare for a challenging and fun event!
