Technique (25-35 minutes): Ballet positions, introductory movements on the barre, simple stretching.
Combos (15-20 minutes): Center Ballet technique, simple across-the-floor sequences, rhythm focus.

Ballet II/III (MTF)
For Ages 11-12

Students at this level will start pointe work. All students need to have taken Ballet II to register for this class; or students must take placement class to be placed in this level. All students need to have understanding of ballet technique and terminologies without any confusions.

Technique (40-50 minutes): Mastery of ballet positions, complex barre exercises that combine multiple movements.
Combos (20-30 minutes): Intricate across-the-floor sequences, emphasis on expression and artistry.
Jumps (15-20 minutes): Advanced jumps including simple beats, multiple turns, and intricate footwork.
Pointe (30 minutes on Friday): Pointe class will be held once a week. Introduction to pointe work for students who show readiness (teacher approved students will be notified).

Ballet IV/V (TTHFS)
For Ages 12+

At level IV/V, students need to have mastered all basic ballet positions, technique, and terminology without any confusion. Students need to be on pointe for at least 6 months prior to taking this class. New students will need to take placement class before registering.

Technique (40-50 minutes): Precision in ballet positions, mastery of complex movements, difficult and long barre combos.
Combos (15-20 minutes): Intricate and challenging across-the-floor sequences, emphasis on musicality, dynamics, and storytelling.
Jumps (15-20 minutes): Mastery of advanced jumps, including grand allegro with intricate beats, multiple turns, and complex combinations.
Pointe (30-60 minutes): Intermediate pointe work, either on the barre or in the center.

Contemporary I
Contemporary I is designed for ages 9-11. Perfect for those new to dance or looking to explore a new style, this class offers a welcoming and supportive environment. Led by experienced instructors, you'll learn the basic techniques of contemporary dance, focusing on fluidity, emotion, and storytelling through movement.

Contemporary II
Contemporary II is for any students at Ballet level IV/V and above. The class will build on top of modern techniques that we explored in Contemporary I. The students will continue to refine techniques used in contemporary dance through balance, coordination, transitions, and expression. The center combinations will become longer with more complex floor movements. All classes at BDC is based on student's level and not solely on age. Students who are younger may obtain approval from the Director before attending this class.

Hip Hop I
Hip-Hop I is designed for ages 8-11, at a beginner/intermediate level, looking to improve their Hip-Hop technique. The class will build on Hip-Hop fundamentals, textures, grooves, and musicality. Our experienced instructors are passionate about leading the students to express themselves through the electrifying Hip Hop movements.

Designed for students with prior Hip Hop experience, this class aims to elevate your dance skills to the next level. Expand on the foundations you've mastered and enhance your dance vocabulary. Dancers will concentrate on choreography, freestyle, and stage performance, utilizing the techniques acquired in Hip Hop I.

Led by experienced instructors, you'll learn essential skills to enhance strength, balance, and coordination.
