Come and join us for our first annual Christmas Shopping Drop Off.
We are excited to host a fun two-hour event with games, dancing, and activities for children ages 3 to 12. Drop your child/children off while you do two hours of shopping or just have two hours to yourself.
The fee is "pay what you can" so if $5 is all you can pay, great!
Parents/guardians must sign the "Release of Liability" waiver. This can be found in your parent portal in the left-side tab section.
Water bottles are encouraged. No outside street shoes are allowed on the Marley, so we encourage grip socks or children to wear socks.

This class is designed for students under 18 years of age. We ask that you let us know ahead of time what you or your student's aids or needs are so that we can create the best learning environment.

Pre-Ballet Ages 5-7

For ages 5-7. If your student is 6-7 years of age and trying to decide on placing them in Pre-Ballet or Ballet 1, please place them in Pre-Ballet if this is their first time taking ballet. We will assess their ability level and place them in the correct level class.
Required Ballet Combo Attire: Pink ballet leotard, pink or nude tights, pink or nude ballet shoes, hair pulled back out of face, and black tap shoes. Students can have warm ups, ballet skirts, and or ballet shorts over their leotards.

In a Ballet 1 class, students continue their ballet journey by learning fundamental positions and movements that form the foundation of classical dance. During each session, our instructors, who are trained in Cecchetti, Vaganova, ABT, and Balanchine methods, conduct evaluations to monitor and assess each student's progress. Based on these evaluations, students are placed into the appropriate level to ensure they receive the instruction that best suits their current skill level.
This class is designed for students ages 6-16.
If your student is 6-8 years of age, please start with them in this class unless previous previous approval for level 2 has been given.
Required Ballet 1 Attire: Light blue ballet leotard, pink or nude tights, pink or nude ballet shoes, and hair pulled back out of face. Males, black ballet leggings, white dance shirt, and black ballet shoes. Students can have warm-ups, ballet skirts, and or wear ballet shorts over leotards.

Acro 1 (beg./inter.)
Acro Level 1 class will use Acrobatic Arts. Students in the class will start and build beginner/intermediate acrobatic skills, tumbling, and techniques through structured progressions and exercises. The class emphasizes beginning form, alignment, strength, and flexibility while incorporating safe and effective practices from the Acrobatic Arts curriculum to help dancers start learning tricks skills, and transitions.
Skills this class will be progressing towards and cleaning: Front or back limbers, bridge kickovers, walkovers, learning all 8 cartwheels, gaining strength and flexibility for all 6 splits, handstands, and basic progressions.
This class is designed for students aged 6-13. *Select placement for 5-year-olds will be considered.
This is an evaluated class through Acrobatic Arts and follows the curriculum for levels 1-3.
Required Attire: Comfortable clothing that is not too baggy or loose (so as not to hinder movement), grip socks or bare feet, and hair tied back.

The Strength and Stretch class is dedicated to enhancing your physical conditioning and flexibility. Through a blend of dynamic exercises and focused stretches, adult students will develop, strength, increase or maintain flexibility, and feel great.
This class is for students aged 18+
Required Attire/materials: Comfortable workout clothes, shoes that you feel comfortable doing strength training and light working out in (no street shoes please), a pair of dumbbells, a flex or stretch band, and a yoga mat if needed.

Adult Wheelchair Dance
In our Wheelchair Dance class students who are wheelchair users come together to experience the joy of dance through adaptive choreography and inclusive movement techniques. We understand that wheelchair users come in all forms, abilities, and limits. Our class will be designed and adapt as we go to cater to our students' needs.
This class is designed for students 18+
Required Attire: Comfortable clothing, assigned tap board, assigned tap gloves, hair in comfortable style, and any aids needed.
*Our dance company is in the process of designing and producing tap boards and tap gloves for students that are wheelchair users.

In a Pre-Pointe/Pointe Technique class, students focus on building the strength, flexibility, and alignment necessary for pointe work. This class is designed for dancers 10+. *Only Pointe class students are permitted to have and wear their pointe shoes.
Required Attire: Ballet level leotard (ex: level 3 is burgundy, level 4 is navy), pink or nude ballet tights, pink or nude ballet shoes, *pointe shoes (see note above), hair pulled back. Males, wear your ballet class attire. Warm-ups are permitted.
This is an open class for any student is level 2-4 that is age 10+, but is an add-on class and is to be taken with student's regular ballet-level class. Pointe class students are required to take this class.
Students age 18 must be in High School, no adult class students.

This class is designed to build strength, coordination, and confidence, helping dancers master complex sequences and elevate their performance quality in centre and across the floor.
This class is for Synergy Competition Team Dancers and dancers aged 12+
Required Attire: Comfortable form fitting dance attire (biketard, leotard with shorts or leggings over, dance or athletic ensemble, team wear, jazz and or half soles, and hair pulled back. Dancers may be required to purchase flex bands and yoga block for this class.
*Any student age 18 must be a High School student, not and adult student.

This class is designed for adult students 18+. Those with children ages 2+ are able to register their child in the coinciding class.
We recommend comfortable clothing, grip socks, yoga mat, and flex band. We will have some of these items on hand for students who need to borrow items.

Pointe
Pointe class will focuses on developing the strength and technique required for dancing en pointe, a key element of classical ballet. Students practice various exercises to build the necessary foot and ankle strength, while also working on achieving proper alignment and balance to execute intricate steps with grace and precision.
Pointe is an advanced technique that requires significant strength, precision, and dedication. We take pride in making sure that our students are physically and technically ready for dancing en pointe. The curriculum typically includes exercises at barre and centre to develop balance, control, and the technical skills required to execute intricate pointe work. Emphasis is placed on proper alignment to ensure both safety and the ability to achieve fluid, graceful movements. Pointe class not only challenges dancers to master their technique but also encourages them to express artistry and emotional depth through their movements.
During each session, our instructors, who are trained in Cecchetti, Vaganova, ABT, and Balanchine methods, conduct evaluations to monitor and assess each student's progress. Based on these evaluations, students are placed into the appropriate level to ensure they receive the instruction that best suits their current skill level.
Students in Pointe are required to be registered and taking either Ballet 3 or 4 and Pre-Pointe/Pointe Tech alongside Pointe. PROFESSIONAL pointe shoe fittings are required.
If your student is 13-18 years of age, please start with them in Ballet 3 unless previous approval for Pointe has been given.
Required Pointe Attire: Black leotard, pink or nude ballet tights (convertible are best), pink or nude ballet shoes, and hair pulled back. Males, black dance leggings, white dance shirt, dance belt if needed, and black ballet shoes. Students may wear warm-ups, ballet skirt/shorts, and shrug.

Stretch for Flexibility
The Stretch for Flexibility class focuses on improving range of motion and flexibility through a structured warm-up and mix of targeted static and dynamic stretching. The class begins with a strength or yoga warm-up to prepare the muscles and joints, followed by a series of static stretches designed to lengthen and elongate the muscles safely. This approach helps participants enhance their overall flexibility, reduce the risk of injury, and achieve greater ease in their movements. *Static stretching should only be done after proper warm-up and is not a conducive stretch prior to an intense workout or dancing. Please reserve static stretching for one of your last activities/classes.
This class is designed for students aged 13+

Acro Level 2 class will use Acrobatic Arts. Students in the class will build on intermediate to advanced acrobatic skills, tumbling, and techniques through structured progressions and exercises. The class emphasizes form, alignment, strength, and flexibility while incorporating safe and effective practices from the Acrobatic Arts curriculum to help dancers master more intermediate into advanced tricks skills, and transitions.
Skills this class will be progressing towards and cleaning:
Front/back limbers, front/back walkovers(from bridge kickovers), flying cartwheel and aerial preps, handstand/handstand walks, aerials, front and back handsprings, front and back layouts, and floor work.
This class is designed for students 8+. Students younger than 8 who test out of Acro 1 will be evaluated to see if Acro 2 is best for their well being mentally and physically.
This is an evaluated class through Acrobatic Arts and follows the curriculum for levels 4-6.
Required Attire: Comfortable clothing that is not too baggy or loose (so as not to hinder movement), grip socks or bare feet, and hair tied back.
The following skills are a pre-requisite to this class.
Almost has close to completing all 6 split positions: right/left true front split, right/left open front split, middle split, and straddle.
