5-7 ST Tap: Winter/Spring Term
A fun class for the dancer that likes to make some noise! This 16 class session will get your dancer moving and grooving while they learn musicality, body control and teamwork!
The Winter/Spring term costs includes tuition (16 classes). There is an additional costume fee of $65, costume fee will be applied and due in February. Dancers will participate in the Studio-Wide 30th anniversary show Saturday May 24th, 2025.
Family Day and Spring Break holidays were excluded from the 16 weeks, no make-up classes required.

Acro Foundations: Winter/Spring ST 5-7y
This is a Short Term class. It runs from January 13th to May 24th, 2025.
*Dancers are required to take another style of dance in addition to this class. The amount of time spent on safety in acro tricks and conditioning does not need enough time for training dance step technique as well. Both are needed for a performance.

Stretch and Strength.
This class will work on flexibility and strengthening to help dancers achieve their personal bests in more complicated moves and tricks. Proper strength and flexibility training reduces unbalanced strains on the body resulting in injuries. This class will help support dancers in safe dance practice.
This is a mandatory class for all IMPACT team dancers.

This 30 minute, parent participation class gets your mini mover jumping, clapping, dancing and tumbling. Class focus is on foundational movement skills for dance and acrobatics and also teaches group learning skills to assist your child in getting ready for pre-school/kindergarten learning environments. Participating parent/family member must be comfortable sitting or kneeling on the floor and physically assisting their child with rolls and other tumbling skills.

Students must be 3 years old by January 1st, fully potty trained and open to participating on their own without a parent to enrol (we understand sometimes it takes a few classes to be able to do the class independently).
The Winter/Spring Term ends with a Parent Viewing class and celebration on the last class, April 24th 2025.

For all ballet dancers in vocational levels. Interfound year 1 this class is optional. For interfound year 2, intermediate, and advanced hoping to take exams should take this class.
Required female uniform is a wide strap black leotard. Any black leotard is acceptable for class, but wide straps will be required for any exams. Dancers may wear the matching skirts for the more contemporary variation or a tutu for the classical variation
Required male uniform is: grey stirrup tights, white short-sleeve or sleeveless leotard, white socks, dance belt.

A high-energy, upbeat class for the dancer that likes to move and groove! Dancers will learn foundational Jazz technique in an environment that is both fun and professional! Suitable for children 5-7yrs old.
The Winter/Spring term costs includes tuition (17 classes). There is an additional costume fee of $65, costume fee will be applied and due in February. Dancers will participate in the Studio-Wide 30th anniversary show Saturday May 24th, 2025.
Spring Break holidays were excluded from the 17 weeks, no make-up classes required.

This 5 class session is open to dancers 12+ and adults! No dance experience required.
Please bring your own yoga mat if you own one.
