BACKHAND SPRING BOOT CAMP
We will work exclusively on backhand springs and round off BHS. Important drills, proper technique and conditioning.

You MUST have a solid back bend kickover/back walk over in order to participate in this class.

*If we feel your child is not advanced enough for this class we will suggest an appropriate class! We need all students to be on the correct level on skill in order for this boot camp to be as productive as possible!

COMBO class that will be packed with dance, tumbling and cheer skills! This class is for 4-6 year olds. We will work on new dance skills, progressing our tumbling skills and learning cheer jumps, stunts and motions - even using pom poms!

Our 2 year old tumbling classes are always SO POPULAR!!! We burn energy while learning to listen and follow directions. We work hard on coordination, flexibility, strength and all KINDS of beginning tumbling skills. ONE adult needs to be in class and ready to help their child participate until they are able to do it own their own. We have all kinds of obstacles and fun activities we incorporate throughout the class to help us learn!

For three and four year olds - we will spend the majority of our time tumbling. We will work on progressing our tumbling skills, learning NEW skills, getting stronger and more flexible. We will spend a few minutes each class teaching dance moves, skills and concepts. We will incorporate tons of our fun obstacles and activities!!! SUPER FUN age to work with!! ONE adult may sit in class.

This is for our Level 1 and Level 2 tumbling students. Summer session is great for advancing skills and working hard to get stronger and more flexible. We will do all kinds of drills to work on being better tumblers!

Cheer Team - 1st grade and up.

This group will learn football cheers and stunts for FALL FOOTBALL GAMES FOR JC YOUTH FOOTBALL. Uniform is required (Approximately $110) - Our cheerleaders that already have the uniform will not need to purchase another. Games are usually on Saturday/Sunday afternoons in the fall months. We will not get the schedule until late August, early September.

You must be able to commit to attending the 6 summer session practices in order to hold a spot on this Cheer Team.

This class is for our tumbling level 3 and level 4 students. Summer session will focus majorly on drills, learning harder skills and making sure technique is perfect on skills that are already mastered. Flexibility, strength and conditioning will be a big focus as well!

This group of cheerleaders in Invite Only. It is for our advanced cheerleaders who work on difficult stunts, tumbling, jumps and chants.

This team will cheer at the JC Youth Football games in the fall.

Dance, Tumble and Cheer for 7-14 year olds who don't want to take the entire summer off! We will teach you new jumps, leaps and turn. We will work on tumbling and our flexiblity, cheer jumps and stunts too - packed with all kinds of things!!
