Beginners are welcome. No experience necessary. Please send a healthy snack and labeled water bottle for your child each day.

What To Wear: Dance/athletic clothing and shoes. See studio dress code https://smactac.com/dress-code/ for more info.

What to Bring: A dance bag with Clean Sneakers for Hip Hop and Jazz Shoes each day. ONLY CLEAN Sneakers (used only for dance class - not worn outside) will be allowed inside the dance rooms. Please bring extra shoes each day too (in the event campers go outside). We sell dance apparel and shoes at SMAC, if you need something.

What to Know: Please read our Code of Conduct: https://smactac.com/code-of-conduct/

Camp Prep: We recommend that you talk to your kiddo about DANCE CAMP in advance and that Mommy/Daddy/Guardian will not be in Dance Camp with them, but that they will be close by (we suggest waiting in the lobby, as bathroom trips may need your help - if this is not possible, please let us know and we will have our camp helpers assist your child). This tends to help prepare them for being in a new environment without you (especially if this is their first class/camp experience).

If your child is not willing to enter the studio without you, you may come in for a short time to help ease them into the setting. However, we ask that parents follow the rules of the classroom as given by the instructor(s) and that they let themselves out once the child is comfortable. Thank you for your cooperation and help with this delicate matter. We want this to be the best dance camp experience for everyone and it starts with you!

*Online Registration closes one (1) week prior to the start of camp OR when camp capacity limits have been reached. No exceptions. A NON-REFUNDABLE Summer Camp 2024 Registration Fee of $10 will be due upon enrollment. Account credit will be given to any student needing to withdraw prior to the Registration Deadline (1) weeks prior to the camp start date. Refunds will not be given for missed days or withdrawal after the camp deadline, as space in each camp is limited. Please call (253) 924-9977 or email info@smactac.com with questions. Thank you.
