Pointe Progression is designed for aspiring ballet dancers who are preparing to transition from pre-pointe to pointe work, as well as those who are in the early stages of their pointe training. This class focuses on building the essential strength, technique, and confidence required for successful pointe work.

This class offers a supportive and structured environment where dancers can progress at their own pace, ensuring a smooth and confident transition to full pointe work. Whether you are just starting your journey to pointe or looking to refine your pointe technique, Pointe Progression provides the essential training and guidance to achieve your ballet goals.

Strength and Conditioning: Exercises to strengthen the feet, ankles, legs, and core, ensuring dancers develop the necessary muscle support for pointe work.

Technique and Alignment: Emphasis on proper alignment, balance, and posture, crucial for safe and effective pointe dancing.

Pre-Pointe Exercises: Foundational exercises and drills performed in soft shoes to prepare the feet and body for the rigors of pointe work.

Pointe Fundamentals: Introduction to basic pointe exercises at the barre and in the center, with close attention to proper technique and safety.

Our Silver Acro Class is a Pre-Company class and is designed for energetic and aspiring acrobats aged 6-9. This class offers a perfect balance of foundational acrobatic skills and creative movement. Dancers in this class must take a Ballet and / or Jazz class in order to compete at dance competitions. This class is also by Invite Only.

Our Silver Acro Class introduces children to the basics of acrobatics while nurturing their physical abilities and love for movement. This class focuses on developing strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence through structured acrobatic training and engaging activities. It is ideal for young learners who are eager to progress and explore the exciting world of acro.

Dynamic Warm-Up and Conditioning: Each session begins with an energetic warm-up to prepare the body, followed by conditioning exercises to build strength, endurance, and flexibility.

Senior Company Acro
Our Senior Company Acro Class is designed for dedicated young dancers aged 11-18 who are ready to take their acrobatic skills to the next level. In order to compete, dancers must take a Ballet and / or Jazz Technique class in addition to acro.

Our Senior Company Acro Class is tailored for students who have a solid foundation in both dance and acrobatics. This class focuses on enhancing strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination through a series of challenging acrobatic movements and dance routines. Students will learn advanced acro passes, contortion techniques, and intricate acro-dance choreography.

Each class begins with a comprehensive warm-up to prepare the body for intense physical activity, followed by targeted conditioning exercises to build the necessary strength and flexibility. Students will practice a variety of acrobatic skills including back handsprings, aerials, handstands, walkovers, and more advanced tumbling sequences.
