TAP - UP is a fun energetic class. These dancers will be learning challenging rhythms, steps and timing. This is the next step in our tap dancing world.

Classes will focus on developing students coordination, sense of time and tap dancing vocabulary. Classes are taught to a wide range of musical selection (jazz, Broadway, Brazilian, African, Indian etc…) broadening students' musical horizons

Intermediate Hip Hop 2: Beat Breakers | 10-13 yrs
Hip Hop is a high-energy class that uses todays music together with movements influenced by elements of poppin', locking, and breaking as well as freestyle movement to give students the opportunity to develop their own sense of style. Hip hop will help dancers develop body coordination, self expression, and cardiovascular health, while drawing from popular urban culture and music.
Dress Code: Sweat pants or shorts and a t-shirt. No jeans. Indoor runners.

This is a 1 hour fun and energetic Tap Dance class that I’ve developed for all levels of tap dancers from beginner to intermediate. We warm up to some really great music that will be sure to get those toes a tappin. Facts. Tap dance is a combination of British Isles clog, and step dancing with the rhythms of West African drumming. Tap Dance was created in the mid 1800s, by Irish step-dancers! Gene Kelly was the first one to combine different dance forms into Tap Dance!

Adult ballet is a great workout for the whole body. Ballet is a weight-bearing form of exercise which strengthens muscles, promotes healthy bones and burns calories. Because ballet uses the full range of muscles, also great for cognitive functions such as coordination and concentration.

We all know that ballet is great for posture and balance but did you know that adult ballet can also reduce the symptoms of depression, arthritis and diabetes. Ballet has also been shown to fend off dementia and osteoporosis.
