Acro Workshop
Learn and sharpen your gymnastic skills with this Dance Acro Workshop! Open to dancers ages 8 through adult, this masterclass series will focus on tumbling with incorporating dance elements as preparations and dismounts. Dancers will be coached by the internationally renowned performing artist Anthony (Ninja) Grant formerly with the Harlem Globetrotters and Coach Keith! This workshop is part of a two day series. Students must be available on Thursday, August 24 and Thursday, August 31 from 6:00 -8:00 pm.

Spurs Halftime Show
San Antonio Ballet School dancers will be performing at the Spurs game during Halftime on Wednesday, January 15. The participation fee covers choreography and costuming. Each performing dancer and any family members planning to attend will need to purchase tickets using our specified group link.

Main Objective: The technical skills used at the barre, center and allegro increase in difficulty through execution, combination, length, and coordination. Students will continue strengthening the technical aspects of ballet, and will work on improvisation exercises, inspiring creativity and expression.

Prerequisite: Student must possess skills required for Level I, II and III starting Level IV.

Main Objective: Additional barre work with a higher level of difficulty in concentration, technical level, coordination and endurance is required. Greater mastery of arms-head-legs and turns and balance is required. Barre skills are required for proper execution of center and allegro, and execution speed, coordination, a good sense of balance, and turns are essential. The Pointe Class is also mandatory for this level and must be taken simultaneously with Ballet.
