Highland technique for dancers who have completed SA6 exams and are working at an SA6 level. Dancers must also be enrolled in the competition class to participate in choreography.
Competitive dancers have an attendance policy; If there are more than 3 absences in a class, participation in choreography competitions may need to be assessed by the instructor.

Stretch & Strength Advanced for Lyrical
This class focuses on developing the flexibility and strength that dancers require for proper technique and injury prevention. Highly recommended for all dancers and athletes.
Stretch and strength is a mandatory prerequisite to the competitive Jazz and Lyrical program.

Lyrical/Contemporary Advanced
In a lyrical dance class, students will learn to emote a variety of emotions through their body language and facial expressions. Like contemporary dance, lyrical is a relatively new genre of dance that has borrowed from a variety of other dance styles and genres. Dancers must adhere to the competitive expectations.
Prerequisites: Ballet and stretch.
