This class focuses on developing the flexibility and strength that dancers require for proper technique and injury prevention. Highly recommended for all dancers and athletes.
Stretch and strenght is a mandatory prerequisite to the competitive Jazz and Lyrical program.

In a lyrical dance class, students will learn to emote a variety of emotions through their body language and facial expressions.
