All Shiamak Philadelphia and Rhythm and Funk School of Dance services are non-refundable. This includes Registrations, Tuition, Memberships, drop-in classes, private lessons, event security deposits, and any other services, whether purchased online or in-person. Registrations and Class enrollment cannot not be shared or transferred to other students, we cannot refund unused classes and reserve a right to combine classes on instructor discretion and enrollments. By registering and signing up for classes you agree to the aforesaid terms. Before attending any of our classes, all students must sign a liability waiver. You will not need to sign it again unless we update the text.
