EFT payments MUST be made by the 2nd Thursday (NOT 3rd Saturday) of Term to arrive in our account on time to receive the Early Bird Discount.
EFT payments are NOT accepted in instalments.
EFT payments made in instalments will NOT be entered into the system until AFTER the Early Bird Discount period has expired.
EFT payments are credited to accounts once the payment shows on our bank statement (EBD applies).
EFT payments received after the due date will not receive the Early Bird Discount.

Accepted over the counter during advertised reception hours at Moorebank Studio only.
Term fees MUST be paid in FULL. EFTPOS payments are NOT accepted in instalments.

Accepted over the counter during advertised reception hours at both Moorebank and Wattle Grove studios.
Term fees MUST be paid in FULL. Cash payments are NOT accepted in instalments.

Please be aware that payments received after end of business (12 noon) on the advertised Saturday due date of each Term will NOT receive the discount as the system automatically switches over to the full price.

TERM FEE STATEMENT & DISCOUNT

Each Term Parents will receive their Term Fee Statement by email - this shows the total balance due only

Cash and Eftpos payments are credited to accounts at the time of payment
Cash payments will be emailed a receipt
Internet Transfer (EFT) payments are credited to the account from our bank statement ONLY and can take up to 14 days. The discount will be applied for payments made within the Early Bird Discount period.
The Early Bird Discount expires on the 3rd Saturday of each Term at 12 noon (end of 2nd week)

MUSIC | Class - Exam - Events

CLASS music may be uploaded at times offering Students the opportunity to continue the FUN at home. Students can practice or put on a display for you &/or their friends.
EVENT music will uploaded before the event in time for students to practice at home.
STARQUEST - Dance Off music will be uploaded before the event in time for students to practice at home.
EXAMS - Ballet & Tap Syllabus videos may be uploaded offering students the opportunity to practice at home anytime,however copywrite does apply.
