Insurance and Liability
Ballet Esprit does not carry medical insurance for its students. Students will provide their own insurance in case of injury. Dance training may be strenuous. Physical injuries can occur while in class and on the Ballet Esprit premises. Students assume all risks, injuries, and damages that may occur while participating in Ballet Esprit classes, rehearsals, events, and performances. Students will not hold Ballet Esprit or its teachers and staff responsible for any injuries incurred during, before, or after classes, rehearsals, performances, or events.
