Synergy requires a 30-day notice for all class changes after "open-enrollment" for each season. Tuition charges will apply for one more billing cycle when dropping a class after "open-enrollment" for each season.
I hereby acknowledge that the activities involved with team/company and class participation at Synergy Dance Academy & Gym are inherently dangerous and involve the risk of serious injury.
I hereby indemnify and save and hold harmless Synergy Dance Academy & Gym its instructors, employees, or agents from any loss, liability, damage, or cost they may incur arising out of or related to Synergy Dance Academy & Gym events, whether caused by the negligence of Synergy Dance Academy & Gym or otherwise. I assume risk of harm or injury which may occur to the participant as a result of participating in the above-named activity. I hereby release Synergy Dance Academy & Gym from any liability, costs and damages resulting from this individual's participation. I agree the above named minor(s) have my consent to participate in Synergy events and activities. I also give my consent for Synergy Dance Academy & Gym to seek emergency treatment for the minor(s) if necessary, and I agree to accept financial responsibility for the costs related to this emergency treatment.
All classes run on monthly tuition. Tuition is charged AUTOMATICALLY every month on the 1st, according to our tuition scale. A late fee of $10 is applied when tuition is not paid by the 10th of each month. Tuition will be charged to the card you have assigned as default to your account. You may change this card number in your parent portal. Students who do not pay tuition will not be allowed to attend class. Synergy requires a 30-day notice for all class cancellations. This means tuition will be charged for one more pay cycle once notice is given. If you have a credit card on file, you will be charged a 3% fee each time your card processes. If you have an ACH, there is no fee applied.
All Dance classes and Combo classes are performing classes. Tumbling and Acro classes ARE NOT PERFORMING CLASSES.
When registering for a performing class one costume will be purchased for 2 performances.
Cheer Uniform $70
Musical Theater classes provide their own costume. (instructor will discuss with students & parents)

50% non-refundable balance will be charged to your account Oct 15th
*If adding to our Spring registration, beginning in February 2021, you are required the full $70 costume fee up front.
Dance and Combo classes perform in the Winter Revue Jan 30th, 2021, and the Summer Revue May 15th, 2021.
Each Revue is a $30 charge per family for the first dance and $5 for each additional dance performed.
