You must be the parent or guardian to create an account and register if the dancer is under 18 years old.

I have received or will obtain a copy of TA-DAH! Studio of Dance, LLC. policies and will take the responsibility to carefully read and follow the rules and policies therein. I understand that TA-DAH! Studio of Dance, LLC does not give credit and/or refunds for class(es) missed due to holiday, vacation, illness, weather, natural disasters, pandemics, etc. Payment for all costume(s) and/or apparel ordered for students is the sole responsibility of the student and family. I further understand that there are specific risks of physical or property damages, losses, or injury that may result from my or my child's participation with TA-DAH! Studio of Dance, LLC, and I voluntarily assume the risks associated with such participation.
