COMMUNICATION

OBSERVATION OF CLASSES
Hosanna Dance encourages parents to respectfully observe their child’s dance instruction. Observation for the lower levels takes place outside the classroom through the observation windows located outside the studio. However, should observers become distracting to what is taking place during classes, observers may be asked to leave the observation area or the teacher may close the window cover. Young children MUST be under the supervision of a parent or guardian at all times.
CLASS ABSENCES
We encourage consistent attendance. We understand conflicts or illness may cause dancers to miss a class. If a dancer needs to miss class due to illness, vacation, school event, etc. an email should be sent to hosannadancepierre@gmail.com informing the studio of your child’s absence.
TARDINESS
All students are expected to arrive on time and in the appropriate class attire. We understand that circumstances may delay you, sometimes. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you may be asked to sit and watch the class. Classes are designed to warm up
muscles slowly and properly while training your muscle memory and technique. Jumping into a class that has already begun may cause injury.
--- If you are tardy, please see the instructor, apologize for your late arrival and ask him/her whether you can join the class or watch. Respect your instructor’s decision in this matter, they are only looking out for the student’s best interest.
CLASS DROPPING AND CHANGES
All class changes must be submitted in email to hosannadancepierre@gmail.com. Students are considered enrolled and tuition charged until the student is dropped from the class.
LOST ITEMS
Please label all belongings with first and last names. A lost and found box can be found by in the coat/shoe room. The studio cannot be held responsible for lost items.
