-Tuition for those on the Monthly Installment Option - your 10% deposit will be processed upon registration and remaining installments will be processed on the 5th of each month.
-Contact our office to request our Annual Tuition option.
-A credit/debit card or bank account must be on file. All tuition and fees will be charged to the provided credit/debit on the processing date listed; if you prefer to pay by alternate method (cash, check or money order), you may do so BEFORE the processing date. If alternate payment is not received by listed date, the fees will be processed accordingly.
-If you do not wish to have a credit/debit card or bank account on file, all tuition and fees must be paid at the time of registration.
- Accounts with balances more than 30 days past due will be put on hold and students will be suspended from class until full payment is received. If there are extenuating circumstances that require a delayed payment, you must contact the office to make arrangements.
-All dance wear purchase payments will be processed at time order is placed. Dance wear will not be ordered/allowed to leave the studio until payment is made.
- No tuition refunds are given for classes missed due to illness, school activities or family activities. Those missing classes are encouraged to make up any absences within 2 weeks of the absence.
-Any withdrawals from class must be submitted IN WRITING to the office by the 15th of the month to avoid being charged for the next month's tuition.
If you selected the Annual Tuition payment options and choose to withdraw from class(es) before the end of the school year, a tuition refund will be issued for the remaining balance minus a 25% administrative fee.
Returned checks and declined credit/debit card transactions are subject to a $20 service fee.
-Costumes must be paid on schedule. If costume fee payments are not up to date, your child's costume will NOT be ordered. You are responsible for any additional costs if your child's costume(s) must be ordered late (shipping & handling fees, expedited fees). If your costume is ordered late due to non-payment, Studio North Dance Arts is not responsible if the costume does not arrive in time for fittings, Dress Rehearsal or Recital.
- All tuition and fees must be paid IN FULL by May 5th for students to participate in the annual recital.
-All classes are guaranteed a MINIMUM of 30 classes throughout the school year (32-33 classes per class are scheduled in a school year). If Studio North Dance Arts must cancel more classes than the allowed cancellation days due to weather or teacher illness, a make-up class will be scheduled if possible; if we are unable to schedule a make-up and fewer than 30 classes have been held, then students' accounts will be credited for the cancelled class (cash refunds will not be issued).
NO costume fee refunds will be given once a costume is ordered. If you decide not to participate in the recital after our orders are placed, we will notify you when your costume can be picked up at the studio.
