It is the student's/parent's responsibility to inform their teacher of any injuries/medical conditions prior to class commencing.
In the event of an injury obtained on premise a parent will be contacted. If staff members are unable to speak to an emergency contact, I authorise staff to seek medical treatment for my child.

The Dance Collective may use images of students in a variety of ways to recognise the studios achievements, informing parents, publicising events and to promote the studio. Pictures/videos may be taken in class and at performances and posted on social media domains as well as the studio website.
