1. Attendance During Illness: If a child is feeling unwell or exhibiting symptoms of illness, they should not attend dance class. This policy is in place to protect the health and well-being of all participants. 2. Makeup Classes: - Student Absences: We do not offer makeup classes for absences due to illness or other personal reasons. - Program Cancellations: If a class is canceled by the studio for any reason (e.g., instructor illness, weather conditions), a makeup class will be scheduled and communicated to all affected students. 3. Tuition Credit for Excessive Absences: - Documentation Required: If a student misses multiple classes due to illness and you are seeking a credit towards tuition, a doctor’s note must be provided. - Submission: The doctor’s note should detail the dates of the illness and confirm the need for absence from class. This documentation must be submitted to our administrative office for review.
In case of physical injury or medical emergency, I hereby authorize Dancers Dreamzzz to make necessary arrangements to transport me or my child to a medical treatment facility as necessary. All such transportation and medical treatment will be at my sole cost and expense. In an extreme emergency, or if I am under 18 years of age, I understand that Dancers Dreamzzz will attempt to notify the person(s) I have named as my emergency contact(s). I further state that there are no health-related reasons or problems which preclude or restrict my participation in this activity and that I will pay any medical costs that may be attendant as a result of injury to me.
Payments: All payments can be made by Debit, Credit Card, or Banking Account via The Parent Portal. A convenience fee will be charged for card payments on the Portal. We do not accept any forms of payment at the studio. To streamline our billing system and enhance your experience, we will be transitioning to a MANDATORY auto-payment system for all tuition charges. Why the Change? By implementing auto-payment, we aim to: Simplify Your Payments: Automatic payments ensure that your tuition is processed effortlessly on the 5th of each month. Avoid Late Fees: Timely payments will help you avoid any late fees and keep your account in good standing. Focus on Dance: This change allows you to concentrate on what matters most—your child's dance education and performance! How It Works: Auto-Payment Schedule: Payments will be automatically processed on the 5th of each month. The $15 late fee will apply to any failed auto payments after the six-day grace period. Payment Methods: You can choose your preferred payment method through your parent portal. If you need any assistance setting this up, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Tuition covers three-four classes in a month. Tuition is due on the first Saturday of the month, and you have a six-day grace period before the late fee of $15.00 is implemented. Tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable. We reserve the right to not permit a student into class if tuition is not paid by the third week of the month. If your child leaves Dancers Dreamzzz within the time he/she registered and returns anytime within the season, their tuition must be paid up to date for the months they did not attend class. Outstanding Balances: All outstanding balances or payments must be settled before an unenrollment request can be processed. Please ensure that your account is fully paid up to avoid any delays in processing your request.
Dancers Dreamzzz reserves the right to use photographs, and video taken either in class or at events of Students participating in class and/or their art, for the purposes of instruction, advertising, and promoting Dancers Dreamzzz and its programs. Students or parents of students who are minors, who do not wish to comply with this policy must notify the Director.
I recognize and understand the risks of physical injury inherent to dance and dance training and I fully assume those risks. I hereby release Dancers Dreamzzz, event sponsors, employees and dance teachers from all liability for injuries sustained or illnesses contracted by me while attending or participating in any dance classes or workshops. I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dancers Dreamzzz, event sponsors, employees and dance teachers for liabilities, costs and judgments arising from acts of omissions committed by me which result in injury or damage to any person or property. I understand and agree that it is my sole responsibility to safeguard my personal property while attending or participating in any Classes or Dance Events. I hereby release Dancers Dreamzzz, event sponsors, employees and dance teachers from all liability for loss or damage to my personal property while attending or participating in classes or dance events. I also agree to abide by any rules, regulations and policies set forth by Dancers Dreamzzz.
Practice Wear: To ensure a productive and safe environment for all students, adherence to the following dress code and preparedness requirements is mandatory: Dance Uniform and Shoes: All students are required to wear the designated dance uniform and appropriate dance shoes to every class. Hair: Hair must be securely tied back and kept away from the face to prevent distractions and ensure safety during class. Preparedness: Students who arrive without the required uniform, shoes, or with hair not properly tied back will be considered unprepared for class. Such students will not be permitted to participate in the dance session. Exceptions: In exceptional circumstances, such as emergencies or unavoidable issues, please notify us in advance to discuss possible accommodations. Attendance: Please be advised that if your child is late 15 minutes to class he/she will not be permitted into class and will be marked absent. Students are to be picked up as soon as they are done with their class. We are not responsible for students left unattended when they are not in class. Costumes: There is a $50.00 costume deposit PER COSTUME due in October (This is a Non-refundable fee) if you'd like your child to participate in performance events and activities. If you do not pay your child's costume deposit on time, a costume will not be ordered for your child. ALL costume balances are due in December. If your child's costume is not paid by the due date, you will have a $15.00 late fee. Rehearsals: Parents are not permitted into your child(s) class as it can be a distraction to the students and instructor. If your child is not present at a rehearsal before a performance, he/she will not be permitted to perform. There's no eating, drinking, or gum chewing allowed during class. Dancers Dreamzzz reserves the right to penalize or refuse service at any time to you and your child if you cannot comply with these rules or engage in a disrespectful act (ex: physically fighting, disrespecting another parent/student, etc.).
To ensure a smooth transition for both our students and our program, please be aware of the following unenrollment requirements: Notice Requirement: To unenroll from our dance program, you must provide both verbal and written notification of your intent to withdraw. This helps us manage our class schedules and staffing efficiently. Advance Notice: A minimum of one month’s notice is required before the effective date of unenrollment. This allows us adequate time to process your request and make any necessary adjustments. Outstanding Balances: All outstanding balances or payments must be settled before the unenrollment request can be processed. Please ensure that your account is fully paid up to avoid any delays in processing your request. To submit your unenrollment request, please contact us directly by phone and follow up with a written notice via email to dancersdreamzzz@gmail.com with the official drop date(must give at least one months' notice with no outstanding balance or payment owed).
