Please note, when registering for the start of each season your account will be charged your first month (August) and your last month (May) tuitions. If you decide to leave early your, May Tuition will be applied to you last month with 30 days notice.
I hereby agree to release BAPA and hold it harmless from all liability, and hereby acknowledge that I knowingly and voluntarily assume full responsibility for all risks of physical injury arising out of active participation in BAPA activities on behalf of the participant. I understand the risks involved in returning to in-studio classes/rehearsals as gathering restrictions are modified due to COVID-19. I am aware that this is a release of liability and an acknowledgement of my voluntary and knowing assumption of the risk of injury, and/or illness. I have signed this document voluntarily and I release BAPA of all liabilities associated with my child's attendance at BAPA.
I give BAPA permission to use my child's picture and or video in or on any form of advertisement for BAPA or an ADC affiliated event. No compensation will be given.
Payment Policies / Refund Policy REGULAR SEASON - Tuition is paid by calendar months, due the 1st day of each month. All accounts require a credit card on file for automatic billing. Refunds: Refunds will not be issued for fees paid. Refunds will only be issued only if the studio cancels a class. Absent students will be offered make-up classes, at the owner's discretion.
