I agree to hold harmless Priya Centre LLC (The Centre), its teachers, staff, and special guests of any injuries I or my child may sustain while attending dance camp, classes, rehearsals, performances, and events held in the studio. This agreement includes any staff or workers of any outside facilities at which performances or rehearsals may be held. I accept full responsibility for any such injuries or damages. I also give faculty and guest teachers permission to appropriately touch my child as necessary for safe and effective instruction.

I further agree the Priya Centre LLC (The Centre) shall not be held liable for any theft or loss of personal property. I understand that Priya Centre LLC (The Centre) may use my or my child’s name, pictures, or video of my/their participation in its program, for marketing and promotional purposes, with no obligations or liability to me.
